Training must be excellent here. Multiple thumbs up to them! There is ample parking and access is easy. Well, when I arrived home, I found I had picked up the wrong size shirts, so I returned. I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.

The employees are friendly and genuinely helpful, sort of like shoe stores used to be back in the day. It's self service, but there are people that are eager to help you find your correct size or fetch you shoes in a different color. It's the best of both worlds: excellent service and help when you need it, but also a place that makes it easy to browse and try on shoes at your own pace. I've never had any issues finding what I needed. There are more than enough fitting rooms and I've never had to wait to try on clothing. Employees have always been friendly. I do think it's part of WHBM culture to have employees pounce on you as soon as you walk in which can be a bit annoying. I appreciate being greeted and asked if I need help, but often it feels like they are watching like a hawk. I'm 10/10 times going to spend more money if I'm left alone. The actual clothing is great because it is decent quality and tends to be flattering to all shapes and sizes. The styles are more on the conservative side, but are still cute. I love their t-shirts because they are slightly fitted, but without being too clingy. WHBM can definitely be pricey, but it can be worth it for the quality pieces.
