My car broke down leaving Vegas on my way to LA today. Fortunately, I broke down around Primm and was able to exit and park. I called Josh and told him that I had an overheated radiator and asked him first could he come to Primm and second could he replace or fix a radiator being mobile and 3rd his pricing. He let me know he could come and they were capable of fixing/replacing, but there would be a trip charge which was very reasonable and his prices to fix all the different things was also extremely reasonable. Him and D arrived on time and were able to troubleshoot fairly quickly. They gave me my options and didn't try to force the more expensive fix. I still went with the most expensive fix and glad I did. I was able to make it back to CA with no further issues. The only downside is that we needed to have the parts so I did need to buy the stuff before they came, but that's understandable and luckily my friend was able to get me all the necessary parts for this repair and drive them to Primm for me. Josh was amazing! He responded super fast, got it done even faster, and had amazing customer service. I wasn't sure what was wrong, so he ran the diagnostics and told me I needed new spark plugs and there was issues will my fuel pressure. He quickly fixed my spark plugs and he could've fixed the other issue, but advised me to call a dealership as he was pretty sure there was a recall for my jet fuel rail. Sure enough, there was! Not only did he fix my car, but he saved me some money letting me know about the recall! 10/10 all around. I couldn't recommend more. read more
