A few days later I replied along with a screenshot and the size. I reached out twice over the next couple of weeks and never received a response. I then sent a regular letter via mail requesting feedback. Zero response. I wasn't looking for exceptions to begin with, but why offer if you aren't going to back it up? I'm not sure how you simply ignore a customer, but that appears to have taken place here.
