They have a nice selection of low to medium middle grade dress shoes (Payless shoe store would be considered low grade; Magnani and Allen Edmonds, would be considered high middle grade; J. LaRocha, Graziano & Girling would be considered Middle to Upper High grade). They have great prices! The staff were very helpful and somewhat knowledgable in men's shoes. There was a limited supply of shoe polishes and utensils. They sell cedar shoe trees. Come here if you're not fully into shoes, yet you still want to have something to wear that looks nice and is affordable. read more

Shoes Glorious Shoes which ones do I pick now... This big store is filled with all varieties of footwear. I also like that they are cheaper in cost here than the major department stores. You can pretty much find anything you are looking for for any occasion. They have shoes for the whole family so this place is like a one stop footwear shop. So if your on need of new footwear I would definitely check here first. read more

Like all the other DSWs, they sell brand shoes at a discounted price. The clearance rack in the back is not as much as the other stores, but I personally believe that they are better than the Nordstrom Rack cross the street. Here is some of my fav brand that are available there: Coach, Steve Madden, Madden Girl, Vince Camuto, Kennth Cole, Guess, MK, etc. Definitely recommend you to check it out. read more

I feel like I just wasted 20 min of my life there. I was initially very excited to come here because I never had a chance to visit here since it opened. Yes, they have large supply of shoes but most of them are out of style. What irritated me even more is that this place really does not accommodate small people with small feet. And I'm not talking about extremely small feet but sizes around 5.5. There could be several pairs of 8's and 9's but no smaller sizes. I know size 5's are rare but they could hardly be seen at this store. I could count them up with my fingers. In addition to shoes they also have bags which are average. I will never ever come back here again! read more

DSW is a great store for people who need... shoes. Any kind of shoe. I've have had several occasions where I needed a very specific shoe, and by golly, DSW always has what I'm looking for. Sparkly sandal high heel, tall brown boots, black non slip shoes, sneakers, slippers... you name it, I've needed it at one time or another, and DSW had it. Prices are typically lower than what you would find elsewhere, and there is a great clearance section of the store. Staff is friendly but usually there are only a few sales associates around, so you may have to search for some. Parking at this particular location seems a bit tight to me, with only a few spaces out front that are shared with neighboring store. read more

I'm usually an avid Nordstrom shopper, but with a new baby DSW seemed easier then getting in the mall. First time shopper, who won't be returning. Not one employee even acknowledged me the entire time I was shopping. They had a long line with 1 girl cashing people out, while others hung out chatting. No employees were helping any shoppers in the store...then ontop of it when I called to ask about their return policy the woman was beyond rude. It was my favorite store till yesterday. I brought my stuff ordered online to return and cashier had some difficulty to process it. She asked her assistant manager to help. I believe her name is ALISSA? (serving time 04/12/19 at 7pm) I was waiting for more than 15 minutes till she completed her things, prioritised in her own way: suggestions to customers behind me in line while there were more cashiers to help w that, answering phone call that happened after my cashier asked her for help, looking at me like I'm annoying her with my questions. later she grabbed my staff, lean her boobs on it and said It's her merchandize and I brought it to her and she's not giving me that back because it's stealing and no my money refund! ! I never knew that DSW belongs to that girl Alyssa. Nonsense! I feel it's like some sort of reality show! I started recording her on my phone. She called again somebody and let get MY STAFF back., telling me if I have some issues? I need bring it back to her. No any idea what criterias DSW use for choosing their managers but it was great example of business etiquette disrespect and horrible customer service! I'm not gonna lie; rest of stuff are great, always helped me and offered good deals. I was coming to that store for years, not anymore sadly. P.S. So many shoes so much trouble to get into. I try only to look at the shoes in the back that are marked down. So I don't get into deep. If you really need a pair of shoes to ago with that special dress this is the place you should go first. Will most likely save a lot of time and running around. Better check you closet out first to make sure you have room for more shoes! read more

Nice new store in a great location near the WestFarms mall. While the selection of formal footwear isn't too expansive, the sale section is huge and I found most of what I was looking for (minus the shoes for a friend's wedding). Decent bag selection too - I found a Cole Haan purse on clearance for $150 from $400! read more

Prices are good however the staff needs better bedside manner. Walked out - alarm went off and my family and I paused to see if anyone wanted us to do anything. As we walked out a staff member knocked on the window with an upset face and called us over with 1 finger. As I re-entered the store no words were said and she simply opened up the bag and box to find nothing. Give us a dry sorry and said nothing else. The whole experience was quite offensive. read more

Huge DSW, clean and new. They have all of the typical designers that you would normally find, organized among countless rows. I wish they had a better selection of evening wear shoes, or more "designer" brands, but this specific location is bright and welcoming nonetheless. Parking is ok, ou can easily go next store into the bed bath and beyond lot if the lot infront of DSW is full. read more
