Kayla was…read morevery helpful in setting things up, and we were both very happy with our new phones ... but the happiness ended there. I experienced problems logging into our account, getting an error message that the website did not recognize me. I spent over 1 hour with support, difficult to understand due to the heavy foreign accent. Eventually, we were able to access our account. When I attempted to log in later in the day, I encountered the same problem of their website not recognizing me, despite using the phone number. Out of absolute frustration, I drove to the Vacaville Verizon store on East Monte Vista. I checked in, and waited. A young man carrying a electronic clipboard came to me asking my name, and what the issue was. I explained the log-in issue, and my experience with Verizon support. He told me that there was NO ONE at their office who could help me. When I explained my frustration, and the fact I had been with Verizon support already, and that I was ready (after only one day of service) to go back to ATT, he merely just walked away. Frustrated by the obvious lack of caring, I left the store. We will visit ATT this week and undo our mistake of putting our trust into Verizon.

    I had a great experience with Sean. He came out to service my mom's home, was on time, and arrived…read morebefore noon, before I had to leave for work. He was very thorough from start to finish. Sean took the time to inspect my mom's home and carefully identified where the rodents were coming from. When I told him I noticed there were a few mice/rats around the backyard about 2 weeks ago, when we had some hot weather. Unfortunately, there were plenty of mice/rats and some babies in a pot, but he explained the situation clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done when he found them in our broken BBQ set-up in the backyard. I also really appreciated how professional, respectful, and detailed he was while servicing my home. He helped ensure the house was properly de-webbed and treated to keep it roach-free. It gave me peace of mind knowing that he was not just rushing through the job, but actually looking for the source of the problem and taking care of the details. THANK YOU!!!!!! I would definitely recommend Sean and Fast Action Pest Control to anyone needing reliable pest control service. See you again in 2 months!! Side note: if you plan to sign up, be advised that not all forms of payment are accepted; American Express is not. Other than that, great service!!! Thank you.

So now I have to fight them in court because they dont care at all about the service provided, just selling a monthly subscription and bullying you into paying for it even if it doesnt do anything. These people suck. Beware of the door to door over promise and under deliver scamming tactics. Even "loosely" going over "details" of your agreement and conveniently scrolling past the fine print when they need you to sign. I should have known better. Then, they show up for 10 minutes every couole months and specifically ignore the work you ask to be performed. Then if you try and cancel your services they throw back at you that you signed up for a year and if you dont keep paying them there is a cancellation service. Do not ever use these people. Very poor customer service, and very sketchy business practices.
