Needed new bikinis for a photoshoot for a magazine and decided to try this place. Nothing fancy about it, not much space or air conditioner or fancy rooms, but who cares, because you go there to find brazilian bikinis, and thats what you get. Being from Brazil and new to San Diego, it was always a struggle for me to find the real brazilian cut in terms of swimsuit. The american cut just doesn't work for me. Prices are fair (the ones I picked range between $35 and $40 per piece) and good quality lycra, this is important. Lots of colors and models to chose from. I dislike the fact that there are no refunds or exchange (this is a Brazilian mentality and I understand her on that, but I also believe we should be able to exchange an item we buy for fair reasons) and that they didn't have many sizes of certain models... I loved a bunch of bikinis I couldn't buy because they didn't have my size. Its a small business but it works for what it sells, and I will certainly be back to re-stock. I love to visit this shop. Not just because it sells cute Brazilian bikinis, but because it also sells Brazilian culture. The store promotes the uninhibited nature of Brazilian people and I say cheers to that. They sell itsy bitsy, slinky bikinis that can be unforgiving, but they're all so cute. The bikins run about $50, but you can't find a selection like this at a department store. The shop also sells other casual beach attire like sandals and see-through ponchos to wear over the revealing swim wear. The swim suits are risque, but no culture does bikini's better than Brazilians. read more

The suits are half the price of the inflated bikini stores around Pacific Beach. Got bottoms from a place in mission beach and needed a a black top. Found a super cute tube top that actually fit, and it stays up. I can jump up and down and up and down and it doesn't slouch down. Very figure flattering. I like tube tops but usually can't buy them because they don't stay on, but this one does! Anna was super sweet and helpful, I was in a rush and i was able to get in and out. I would NOT go back to Anna Brazil. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, and the suits are overpriced. I spent well over 100$ on a suit, and a couple months later the bottoms started falling apart. I went back to the store to see if they would be willing to replace it, or at the very least allow me to buy new bottoms. Not only was the employee (I think she was the owner) unwilling to work with me (she said the only thing I could do was buy a whole new suit), she was also extremely rude and even accused me of ruining the suit myself. I was surprised to find a small business with such little appreciation and respect for the customer. After I gave up on reasoning with this awful woman, I turned and walked out. As I was walking out, she said to me "Please leave!". All I could do at that point was laugh. It was ridiculous. A week later my friend found the identical suit at a store called Gone Bananas on Mission, and it was only 70$! I will NEVER go back to Anna Brazil. I would instead recommend Gone Bananas for all of your bikini needs... great selection and great prices. read more

finally ! a good place to buy a swim suit. amazing varity of top A quality swiming suits . the only thing that sucks is that no double sizes usually which mean what they have in stock is only what u see . so u can see something that u really like but they wont have your size. but thats kind of the feeling of the place i think its cool its like treasure hunting. prices are totally fair for the quality that u get and the fact that they dont have almost nothing twice will keep you unique. its not a fancy store or something like that but if u need a good quality and amazing styels bikinis it is the place to go . I LOVE this store! Yes the bikini's are expensive AND very fragile, but if you're buying a 'special occasion' bathing suit (ie VEGAS or a pool party like Hard Rock's Intervention) it is the PERFECT place to go. My friend had the most beautiful sequin strapless monokini you could ever imagine and the next year I wanted it and went in knowing chances were that it was loooong out of stock. So I talked to the girl and they had ONE left back in the stockroom that had been held for someone for months and months and eventually forgotten about. Then after getting home I realized they had charged me more than the sale tag said so I called and the owner gladly refunded my card without me having to come in! I get a bajillion compliments everytime I wear the AMAZING brazilian bottom bathing suit so I would definately definately recommend at least looking! read more

Offered no help and said in over a week she could call her partner in Brazil and maybe he'll agree to it. Then blamed it on her machine. Which i clearly saw working.
