I shop here frequently and have always enjoyed my shopping experience! Nice customer care and great service too! During my most recent visit, there were three associates and myself. I had a blue floral print bikini in my hand and the young associate approached me and said that they have one piece swimsuits. I replied that I don't wear them. She then said to me that they also have tankinis. I replied to her that I wear bikinis. I literally had the swimsuit in my hand that I was interested in purchasing. I told her I liked this style while holding the bikini in my hand. Keep in mind that I'm not a 20 something but I am a fitness instructor who enjoys wearing bikinis. I instantly felt age shamed and insulted with her comments. I did not purchase the swimsuit! I quietly left the store feeling sad about the entire incident. Customer care and support should include non bias as I did not judge the sales associate who is a plus size individual in her 20's working at a swimsuit store. Women of all ages and sizes should feel welcome and encouraged to select, purchase and wear any style swimsuit they want! read more

Today I went in to do an online return at the store and felt dismissed by the manager. I'm not sure if she just didn't know how to do it and just lazy, but I was turned away and told to call customer service. She told me the system won't allow her to process the return because I began a return through ups. I showed her that I cancelled return and to please advise on how to properly process the return. Upon being talked over by her several times until I calmly asked her to let me finish my statement, she told me the only way to do it is to call customer service and disregarded anything I had to say. If you are working in a customer service based position, you should have some customer service skills. Talking over a repeat customer shows lack of care for the business you are representing. It seems to me that some training needs to be put in place for communication and processing. read more

I randomly came to this store on a whim during an evening when I purposefully came to the mall to make holiday returns. Marcia was there to help me and she gave me the most amazing service! I just had my 4th baby, am still breastfeeding, and still getting back into a fitness routine. All that to say, my body does not feel like my own these days! I was not hopeful in finding a suit, but Marcia more than surprised me. After trying on a few one pieces, I found "the one", but instead of calling it a night, Marcia continued to bring me more suits that were flattering. Instead of just happening upon a suit that flattered my body, she helped me see that several suits looked good on me. She completely changed the shopping experience and I left beaming! I initially had a great experience. The Sales Associate was very helpful in finding me styles for a large chest. However, one of the tops when I wore it the straps would not stay hooked and kept coming undone which resulted in me repeatedly flashing people... I took it back to the store and was told once something was worn they could not refund my money but they told me I could bring it to a seamstress to have it fixed. I spent $95 on the top and expect better quality at that price. I will no longer shop here and just shop at Nordstroms where they have excellent customer service and take returns when something is defective. read more

In my search for a summer swimsuit (which I dread!), I visited all of the surf type stores near the beaches. After 6 shops I almost gave up. Bathing suit shopping is the worst. I was cruising fashion valley mall and remembered Everything But Water. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Shana with a huge smile. She understood my frustrations and assured me we will find a suit!! She set me up in the fitting rooms with about 7 options. I quickly fell in love with every suit I tried on! The Becca brand is the best and fits my petite, but curvy shape. Shana made my entire experience wonderful and totally worth it. She even quickly ordered a size for me online so it could ship to my house before the cut off time in the day. I will never go anywhere else for a bikini! By far the best shop... ever!!!! read more

Fantastic experience! My fiancé and I went here and I was helping her pick out some bathing suits. Aida - guessing that's how it's spelled - was amazing. She was fun, energetic, and really dedicated. She kept picking out suits and checking in and giving advice to us in a manner that made us want our visit to be three people deciding - not just us two. I worked with Shaina. I came in to shop for my wedding, looking for a pair of bottoms that fit my wide hips and larger thighs. I told her my problems with other bathing suits, and she said "We'll find something for you." She immediately started pulling items, and stacked up my room with things I asked for and things I didn't. She was honest and heartfelt. You can tell when people are just doing their job and when people love their job. Shaina loves her job, and she's good at it. Everyone in there makes you feel comfortable, and there so many cuts and styles you're bound to find something you love. What a great shopping experience. I normally hate swimsuit shopping but Shana made the process so easy! She listened to what I wanted and showed me lots of options. I was at the mall back in April shopping for my upcoming Hawaii trip. I bought a cover up that I got so many compliments on during my trip. I found myself explaining to everyone where I bought it and about my shopping experience I figured I should leave a yelp review too! I was at the store near closing time and there was only one associate working and there was a few customers in the store. Brandi really made sure everyone in the store felt welcomed and that we had her full attention. I tried on a few cover ups but was really stuck between sizes on one. Brandi ran back and forth grabbing various sizes for me to try on and in the end helped me pick the best fitting size.
