After confirming the session earlier in the week, on Thursday night, the owner advised me that she was sick and was unlikely to be able to do the session but would confirm the next morning. The next morning, the day of the 12:45 appointment, she advised she would not be able to do the session, had no availability the following Monday or even Tuesday due to her part-time job. When I asked about even late on Sunday, which, granted, was Easter, she did not reply, and offered no further communication or solutions.
