This review is long over due. Anna has been my go to hair stylist for over a year now. She does an excellent job of listening to exactly what I want even when I change up the style from time to time. Also does a great job of dying my hair to the one text color I was looking to achieve. To top it all off even offers me coffee or water while I am there. 10 our of 10 service. I went to Anna because of the great reviews online. My first experience with her was good. So I went a second time and had the worse salon experience of my life. When I got seated there was a girl standing around, obviously an assistant or intern. When it was time to shampoo off the color it was this girl who took me for shampooing and she rubbed my temples rather hard to take off the color so I asked for Anna. At that time I asked if Anna could do the shampoo like last time and I was told that 300 people before me had not complained. I had to put my foot down since I couldn't trust the assistant any more. I explained to Anna that had she set the expectations before maybe I'd be ok but this wasn't the experience I came for. Anna then grudgingly did my shampoo and blow dry. But she obviously didn't want to do the haircut that I had actually gone for. I was extremely hurt by her behavior all through and hope no one else goes through the experience I had today. read more

I have been going to Anna for over 6 years now (maybe more), and I will never let anyone else but her touch my hair. She is absolutely amazing, but if I were to pick one thing she's extremely good at that would be Brazilian Blowouts. I just got my second Brazilian Blowout from her and wow my hair never looked this healthy! Most Brazilian Blowouts last like a month but Anna's last 3-4 months!
