For a majority of the time Alle was very personable, friendly and responsive. It didn't end that way. They lack professionalism and knowledge which was a detriment to my business several times in different ways. I would advise going elsewhere if you are looking for a long term relationship with quality assistance for your accounting/ bookkeeping needs. They also are extremely expensive and do not bill honestly.
