Alan spoke to us briefly over the phone and was great- he made it sound like an easy solution and we just had to pay him 5k retainer. We never spoke to Alan again and he passed us to Natalie & team. We provided them updates about our situation and instead of providing any solutions we were given a large bill of absolute bs. They never reached out to the person we were having issues with. And they danced around the injunction they were supposed to file. After speaking with Gail we found out it would be very experience to peruse that route. Got it. So we each wasted ~ $1,500 We contacted them to cancel our service and refund the remainder of our money.
