Nothing fun about root canal, but Dr Park made it bearable. She is extremely gentle and kept asking me if I was OK. There were nice little touches that I appreciated: the friendliness of her staff, the up to date medical appliances (Pina colada numbing gel!), beautiful, clean office. She really listened to me and assured me it would be OK. Hopefully I will not need another root canal, but if I do I'm going back to Dr Park. read more

Dr Park is an excellent dentist (Endodontist). She is very caring, gentle, and professional. Her number one priority is making you comfortable during the root canal procedure, which is generally a very stressful procedure. Mary at the front office is also very professional. Although my root canal went fine, I had an upsetting experience with my payment process. I was told that since I was on maternity leave, I would not have to pay interest. I ended up missing a month in all the craziness of returning to work (but did pay off the entire balance in a reasonable time frame) and the receptionist took that as me breaking our verbal agreement saying, "if you missed a credit card payment, you would be charged with them". I think there is something to be said about compassion and professionalism when you are paying full price out of pocket. I am not a bad person trying to get out of paying for my bill and they knew my situation, but I still received an awful response. I am so very upset with how I was treated. read more

The visit to Dr. Park was unbelievably comfortable. I am terrified of dental work and my first root canal was definitely impacting my nerves. She took the extra time to help calm me beforehand by explaining everything thoroughly before starting. During the procedure, she frequently checked how I was doing. I even managed to fall asleep.
