But I ignored it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then I called the next day to discuss the firm potentially helping me with my case. Instead of being patient and allowing me explain, the representative sharply cut me of and turned me down, assuming I had a case fit for trial. But then I explained to him that my case was in default and would only need pre-litigation to complete. Then he was interested again. But as soon as I continued explaining, the man rudely cut me off again. Then when I simply asked him to allow me to finish, he over talked me again. So I gracefully excused myself. Whether a law office can assist with a case or not, I'm just a big believer in professionalism. I just wanted to share my experience.
