Looking for the perfect photographer the bride-to-be narrowed it down to three photographers in different price ranges. The groom-to-be called each of them and this was the start of our perfect wedding. Already on the phone we clicked! Explaining to her that I am camera shy and I have issues with that and that... It was all forgotten when we met. She was lovely and easy to work with. From the beginning she made us feel comfortable and the beautiful pictures from our first shooting (Engagement shooting) fully convinced us. Our wedding day was chaotic but she worked very well with the timeline. She brought her assistant who was very organized and both together helped create beautiful memories. We had plenty of pictures, however, we wished we had more guest pictures since some guests were not captured (some were just very camera shy). I don't know where to start raving about Anna! She's such a sweetheart that can make you feel comfortable for a boudoir session. She always lead a way in how to give her good poses, smirky, flirty, playful, and sexy look! First, I didn't really know how to make sexy poses, but she's very patient with me, she told me to just make love with the camera, and it worked! I can go on and on and on about her works. Anna, you are definitely the best! My hubby and I loved having you as our wedding photographer and never would regret for even a second that you were the one with us the entire wedding day! You have a wonderful way about you that makes it so comfortable to be around you. Even when you were putting us into strange poses! You were so easy to work with and so easy going. We were extremely lucky to be able to find Anna. Wedding photographers can cost an arm and a leg! If you're not careful enough or don't spend enough, sometimes you can end up with awful photos. We had a very long wedding day since we did a traditional Chinese tea ceremony too! Anna was with us for over 10 hours the entire time. Her second photographer, Jared, was with us for 8. I'm sure they were extremely tired by the end of the night, but they were still snapping photos and left only when we were totally finished. Anna's style is a perfect balance. She does a blend of photos in the moment, and some posed photos, and portraits and family photos too! So this way you get a variety of photos rather than just all of one kind. I would also say that her posed photos are as natural as can be for what they are, they aren't super cheesy. Her editing also mostly leaves the photo alone. Touch ups and color adjustment yes, but she doesn't drastically alter the photo to become a certain style. It is more about the composition and the subject of the photo rather than the effects and the hearts and stars. By the way, she doesn't add hearts and stars to her photos. Totally comfortable to be around! Which is so important for a photographer since they basically follow you around the entire day! She knows how to make people feel comfortable and she is so easy-going and friendly that its a pleasure to be around her. She also speaks Cantonese, which was a big help when wrangling my family. We definitely had some guests that were playing photographer and getting in the way probably the entire time, but I never saw Anna or Jared get frustrated with them. I just got my package of photos back from my boudoir session with Anna, and I am completely ecstatic! Since I did my first boudoir album last year for my soon-to-be husband, I thought that it would be a interesting idea to do one every year, by different photographers. But boy, did Anna just go above and beyond on this one! Not only was her services (on-location in your home, photo touch-ups, digital upload) very affordable, but she is just an all-around brilliant and talented photographer, really knowing how to get a shy person (me) to have my best out for the camera.
