I called Mike just to ask if there was something that could be done such as assistance with troubleshooting the issue. While I was explaining what was happening to the car before I could finish my sentence, he cut me off and started yelling through the phone. "You bought the car as it is it's your problem". I tried to explain to him I don't know why he was yelling at me, especially since I was talking to him very kindly, and I wanted to make sure that he understood I didn't have an issue just wanted answers. He continued to be rude, I was flabbergasted. I have never had a dealings with someone so rude.It's just really crazy because during the selling process and me driving the car and looking at other vehicles, he was very nice. So nice to the point that I've recommended other people to go there. Since the time that I have had the car , The car only has one lock mechanism I had to purchase a key fob because within the first week my key would not open my door. This vehicle only had heat on the passenger side, before I drove off the lot with it. I spoke with Mike about that. He said that he would get it fixed for me the following week. When I called, I was told to go to a shop that was closed, which is right across the street from the lot , clearly that issue has still not been resolved. I know that used cars will definitely need maintenance. No issue the issue is the transmission is bad on the vehicle as well as the engine seems to be wet after running for a while and being parked. I already got the oil sensor pump changed that cost me $175 plus $50 for the labor. I did not plan on purchasing a brand new transmission or even a used transmission especially since the car should not be acting up only two months out of the door, especially knowing that I take all of my vehicles to the shop constantly to make sure they are up to par, this Car Lot, this family owned Car Lot is preying on inner city people. They're preying on single women it's mind blowing that they would claim to be a family owned business, but not care about the families that they put into the horrible vehicles that they sell. Money isn't always worth it. Hopefully things will change here. Until then I do not recommend this business.

Now I have a completely different view based on the recent service I've been receiving after one of their employees made a mistake. Two Saturdays ago, I received a text from the manager advising me that when I made my last payment they accidentally issued me a credit instead of debiting my account and as a result my account is in "repo" status. I understand that mistakes happen so I advised the manager that he could reverse the credit and that I would make a payment at that time to avoid any issue. Fast forward to this past Saturday. I'm at work and I receive yet another text message from the manager advising me that my account is past due and that the system has automatically put my vehicle in repo status. Additionally, I have been charged 2 late fees... How?? The manager proceeds to tell me that instead of reversing my payment as he stated he was going to, they took my payment and applied it to their balance and NOTHING was applied to my actual car payment... When I asked why they had not reversed the overpayment, I was advised that it was too late. At no point when I spoke to them previously was I advised that they were unable to reverse the payment. When I advised the manager that the service I'm receiving is terrible he proceeded to BLAME ME and essentially called me a thief. Insinuating that my father was "happy" to receive an additonal $225 in his account. Mind you, I called to pay them and they made a mistake yet I'm in repo status and being charged 2 late fees. I have decided to return my vehicle to them and cut my loses. This is no way to treat a customer who did nothing but try to pay my car note. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! STAY AWAY!! In addition, when the men from Eagle Recovery arrived to my home to get the vehicle, they advised me that I should just call and pay the balance since the vehicle was not hooked up yet and the repo fee would be waived. When both my husband and myself called to pay you REFUSED the payment and told them to bring the vehicle to your location. THIS IS A SHADY LOCATION PEOPLE BEWARE!!!
