While to me the one in Monroe customer service is better, I am happy to recommend this place for service. I got a full synthetic oil change with Mobile 1 oil and factory spec filter for $52. That is $30-40 less than those oil change places that get you in with a coupon for lesser product and up sell you to what I got. My 2001 Saturn SL1 has 245,000 miles on it and going strong because I am careful about the basic service it requires. I have found you can trust the service since twice I told the Monroe store to check the brakes and replace if needed but was told they were still fine. Costs were comparable to non dealer places when they did replace them. You get what you pay for and with newer car prices, not having car payments for almost 10 years - that is the ultimate bargain. While EBS did worry about the age and mileage, he learned old Saturns do not die, they are murdered!! He convinced me to pick from finished cars in stock and I agreed, I told him EXACTLY what I wanted. I waited. Then receive a call that my car is in. BUT IT IS THE WRONG CAR!! NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Pressure time. They had to trade for the car. I gave in. NEVER HAD A PRICE UNTIL NOW. Said about $565/month. Next day, came to see the and do paperwork. Had to wait and wait to see car. LETS MAKE A DEAL AT THE DESK STARTING AT $650. I SAID NO. FINALLY GOT DOWN TO $607 MONTHLY AND I RELENTED, Got desk and the price went up to $622 and I did not catch it. Getting hot and upset. Now 5pm. went home. 30 minutes later, called the dealer and told them not to send the deal to Lansing. Dealer closed for weekend. Went back Monday and manager said too bad. Dishonest dealer. From my first phone call with Anne Martin, she was polite, knowledgeable and ready to help. I did the majority of my deal over the phone and text and only came to the dealership to sign the papers and pick it up. My trade in went smoothly and they gave me exactly what they quoted over the phone, sight unseen. A recall popped up between the time a report was run showing no recalls and the time of delivery so my car has to go back in before they can "deliver" it. They wanted to make it right so offered to come get my car from an hour away and leave me with a loaner and return my car back same day or give me gas to bring it in. This dealership and specifically salesman Paul Schultz are scammers. My lease ended I was attempting to buy out my lease. This process takes about 10 minutes online, however Paul offered to do me the service of handling the paperwork to retain my business. However the price he quoted me to end the lease was $500 more, for a "service fee". The service literally involves mailing a document. Had I not already called to find out my payout amount I would not have known this. I am afraid others will not do their due diligence and just let the dealership scam them out of $500. The gmac financial website is not very user friendly so people may opt to let the dealership handle the transaction, but buyer beware. read more

What a terrible dealership...a warning to all who get repairs done at this dealership...DON'T!!!!!!!! First of all, the service advisor and mechanic, FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS saying I needed rotors and pads $1200, and documenting that the brakes were metal to metal and unsafe to drive. When I questioned the service advisor, he became combative, demeaning and condensending!!!!! (btw..the car only had 56,000 miles) The advisor, suggested I get a second opinion in which I did only to find out that the pads and rotors have 2-3 years left of wear..hhhmmmmmm..metal to metal???? LIARS!!! Second, they told me I needed hub/wheel bearings and I am now wondering if they did unnecessary repairs to get the warrenty money, only for them to replace this and damage the car further do to the incompetency of the mechanic and who ever else oversees their workmanship!!!!! GEORGE BROWN????? Service director...or is his job is to try and intimidate women!!!! Well, Mr. Brown..not this woman..just wondering how many people he tries to bully!!!! How many Seniors won't question them, for them to take advantage of them and charge them for unnecessary repairs!!!! They replaced the hub and wheel bearings, only to do it incorrectly, which while I was driving the bolt, which was improperly repaired, flew off and gouged out a large hole in a metal rod which could have killed me or someone else...When I discussed it GEORGE BROWN, service director...he laughed..I spoke to GEORGE BROWN multiple times and he was demeaning and condescending and verbally combative..I also called Corporate Cadillac and expressed my concerns, but GEORGE BROWN would not comply to anything but his own pride and ego!!!! I had to have the car towed to Allen Chevrolet in Monroe, who were amazing, and they reiterated that it was so dangerous to drive that I could have been killed!!!! GEORGE BROWN did not care and would not let them repair his mistake...I finally called Dan Manaci of Cadillac of Troy, where I purchased the car, and Dan, who is amazingly wonderful, talked egotistical GEORGE BROWN into letting Cadillac of Troy do the repair...the car had to be towed 60-70 miles to Troy to be repaired..It remained there for an additional 5 days on top of sitting idol for 3 weeks until GEORGE BROWN was done with his ego/pride/temper tantrum!!!! On top of all of this, GEORGE BROWN did not have a loaner and I had to borrow/rent a vehicle which cost me an additional $450 until the mistake his mechanic made!!!!!! I love this place because of MIKE KUSS. He is so nice. The first time I went to get my oil changed and service done, I requested a rental in advance and there had been none left. Mike helped me get my car done as soon as possible and was super courteous, kind, patient and understanding. 2nd time I went in (today), after Mike, Jeff Orr helped me, and he was also so polite, patient and kind. I always call back and ask a million questions and MIKE KUSS is ALWAYS so patient and never gets irritated by me. I request him as my service guy. I would recommend this to anyone! My first lease with Cadillac was a success with Michelle she had great customer service but the Service center was horrible. I hated it every time I had to return for oil change. My second and current lease was not successful, not a very good deal.. paying about the same in price and came out with less features. The service center again has horrible customer service even after being reported a few times. Monday service hours are 7-7 but if you call at 5 to come in after work they say they are closed for the day. When we got to the body shop they sent us all the way back to where we were originally, which was their show room. On my way back to the showroom, I called customer service for Les Stanford Cadillac, and they told me to ask for a Michael Lowe when I got back. When I spoke to Michael Lowe he was a complete jerk!!!! Didn't help at all. It seemed like everybody was nice except the two men who I got stuck with that day. Totally unprofessional and RUDE! Besides over priced like $900 for alternator that i did myself instead , the woman who represents them thru mechanic was rude and ignored my concerns because she didnt know anything she chose to avoid me until i came in person. They gave my car back w misfire in cylinder 4, shaking engine and they destroyed the hood latch. They are unprofessional and unskilled. I have learned more and fixed more in last 6 months w general repair book for my car. They need to be cleaned out ad hire new people who value their jobs and care for customers. I have a 2016 CTS, on three occasion I've come to this location for tire repair (slow leak). Each incident resulted in me being told I have a nail in tire "on the sidewall" can't be repaired 300.00 new tire....the last time I brought my car in was December 2017 again Jessica tells me I have a nail "sidewall" and I need a new tire....I asked to see my tire and the tech showed my the "shining silver nail".
