NEGATIVE STARS!!!…read more Let's just say this if you don't go to the doctor often and I guess this place would be ok, and for what they charge you sure why not... But if you do go to the doctor often then this is the worst insurance coverage you can get! First thing when going to any hospital that they state you can go to for coverage and when you give them your medical identification card and the hospital states they never heard of this insurance or coverage there is a reason, simply because for what you pay they don't cover anything, oh I'm sorry I stand corrected they cover some cost like pennies. I know healthcare is screwed up rite now but seriously it is like they cover maybe less then 20% of your medical bill literally, standard check up just to go in is $50 & I understand yeah that is a little high when some offer $5, $10, $15, $25, but when paying the copay usually the other portion is covered, not here, you pay $50 and then you pay for what ever it is you went in for, labs, physical check up, prenatal vitamins, pregnancy check ups, everything comes out of your pocket, oh oh sorry they will cover if you spend the night at the hospital but only up to $1500 depending on the issue. So let's see what they pay for then...hmmm seemed like nothing, if there is medication you need guess how much they cover nothing oh wait wait yeah nothing.. so if an ointment is $9 and insurance covers .0000012 or less you still pay $9 When you call any of the reps there all seem like they don't want to talk to you nor care about your situation. Which I can see but if your are a reparable business don't you think you would care about your customers well being or health after all you know it is a health coverage Ok for the most part temp agencies offer this plan which they should tell you from the get go it is better to get insurance through health net or blue shield or even Kaiser, so beware of the insurance that temp agencies offer you they are not the best plans and pretty much do not cover anything. service - super negative stars, hold time is 20+mins just from them to give you that stellar I don't want to help you feel because I'm watching oprah online and your bothering me..

We asked for help from the company owner and he said just call an adjuster. He couldn't be bothered I guess but he sure liked the commission off of our premium we paid. Come to find out this was a new company they were writing and they didn't even know the details of the policy and are now not using this company anymore for their clients homeowners policy. Did I mention we haven't heard a word from them to see how our claim has been going or our fight. We are on our own with absolutely no help or communication with them or from them. If you are smart, you will not employ them as your agents.

They called me at 5 PM on a Friday and left a message after my husband spoke with someone TWICE, giving HIS contact info, once requesting quotes we never received and again to inquire about the policy being cancelled. We pay via mortgage payment- how was it cancelled?! The insurance company sent us a letter May 25 saying we were canceled- but told me our broker had it OVER a month ago! We had no idea. Apparently they're having office issues per what a unhelpful lady in office told my husband.. Do not use this company! If you have a broker to ensure you are covered, this is not the broker to go with

Can I give this company a 0 STAR? I took my car in because the check engine light came on and it…read morewas smoking -- clearly something serious. Instead of focusing on helping resolve the issue, it felt like Smart Auto Care was looking for the smallest possible reason to deny my claim. From the beginning, the process felt more like an investigation against me than support for a paying customer. Rather than trying to work toward a solution, they seemed focused on technicalities and fine print. In the end, my claim was denied, and I was left dealing with a major repair on my own. When you're already stressed about car trouble, the last thing you need is to feel like the company is working against you. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Smart Auto Care. Make sure you read every detail of your contract and don't expect them to give you the benefit of the doubt. I tried to find a solution and find the middle ground but they are not willing to work something out! DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The good: - They did cover a few things they were supposed…read moreto after some hounding from the mechanics. The bad (an abbreviated list): - When we really needed it for a failed engine still in the warranty period and mileage, the claim was denied because the head gasket developed a small leak that ruined the engine over time, and it wasn't a "lubricated engine part" that failed. Also because the mechanics, after months of waiting, installed the engine before the warranty company rendered a final verdict (which was going to be a no anyway), they also denied the claim on the basis of "breach of contract." - They make up their own numbers and decide what they will theoretically compensate based on those arbitrary and fictional numbers. The actual cost of the repair(s) is irrelevant. - They are absolutely awful for the people who have to actually call them (the mechanics), earning a "worst warranty company I have ever had to deal with in my years as a mechanic" comment from one of them. *Hours* on hold, no responses, etc. - They constantly move the goalposts for what is needed for proof of damage and repair. Can't just send photos, they'll probably have to fly an inpector in so their denial is even more expensive for the vict--er--customer. - They charge you for the work they require in order to determine if they will cover the repair, meaning when they say no it will cost you additional hundreds or thousands of dollars (thousands in our case). It would have saved us a lot of money not to file the claim on our engine when it went out. - They drag their feet and waste hours and hours of the time of the people who have the unfortunate obligation of dealing with them. - Because they are so slow and terrible to deal with, days' worth of repair turns into weeks, and weeks' worth of repair turns into months. If you have a personal fleet, and all the time in the world, maybe that wouldn't bother you. - Their interest is not in customer care in the slightest, but entirely in maximizing profits. Ethics don't exist. They're actively looking for any reason to deny claims, especially if they've paid anything holding up their end of the deal in the past. - They habitually say they will cover this or that, and then go back and change their mind. They did this multiple times across different repairs and claims. - In the end, this warranty cost us more than it was worth, and that was even after they covered some of the smaller repairs. I could go on with further issues, but this short list should explain it well enough to make the point. - In summary: Just burn a pile of money instead of giving it to this "business." At least that is kind of fun to watch, and you're not helping scammers operating under the guise of legitimacy.
