The extra mile!!! I had just arrived at Logan on my way to meet up with some truly great friends who suffered a tremendous loss. As I didn't want to arrive empty handed, I called Annabelle in hopes of getting something fixed up in time to take with me. The plan was originally to have the flowers delivered to my hotel, but I was pressed for time. Annabelle shifted the plan and made the delivery directly to the home. The arrangement was truly magnificent, and she even delivered some added goodies along with the flowers, which yielded extra smiles from the entire family. I ordered a corsage for my son's prom. It came out beautiful. I loved the bling wrist bracelet. The cost was very inexpensive for what we received. She also gave us a boutonniere to match. To add to these wonderful arrangements, she gave him a stuffy squishy to give to his girlfriend. This place is amazing in the quality of flowers and the love that was placed in each set. Wish I didn't have to give a star. Had a similar experience as Erin K. Mother's Day delivery never came. My son though it was odd that I didn't call to thank him. He called me the following day and needless to say he felt terrible as he was out of town and couldn't visit. He called and was given a lame excuse. They delivered a vase a week later and gave me a completely different excuse. And the vase of flowers looked like something that was picked from someone's garden. Even had an evergreen stuck in it. I sent this florist an order from the owner of our florist shop for the owner's family member's funeral service. She had good reviews and was only 7 minutes (3.8 miles exactly) from the church so we expected things to run smoothly. We ordered a cremation urn piece, so it was the most important floral decor of the entire service. It began at 11:30 am and still hadn't been delivered when the family had been there for hours, delivered at 11:05 am. When we called to check on the status at 10:15 am, she said it would be there within 15 minutes. When we called multiple times after 11 am and it wasn't there, she wasn't answering our shop number. We called from our personal employee's cell phone and she answered. When the owner told us she delivered it, she wouldn't tell us where she placed it or what time it was delivered. Then, when my boss answered the phone to ask where it was because her family members insisted it STILL wasn't there at 11:10 am, she began YELLING at my boss and still wouldn't answer her questions. She even told us that she attends the funerals of the floral arrangements she delivers...weird. The family said the urn piece was beautiful and did arrive 15 minutes prior to the service, but it was a bad experience overall and we will not use her again for my boss' family members in Foxborough. She called during the service to apologize for the entire situation, but it was a $200 urn piece and we definitely expected better customer service. She also continued to call the employee who used her cell phone to call when she initially wouldn't answer long after normal business hours as well. read more
