I contacted the manager at Osborne and he said the driver followed protocol. He offered no help or credit. So it took me about 3 hrs that night to shovel enough stone to get my car out of the garage. Suggestion: If you order material from Osborne, I suggest you buy a can of neon orange spray paint and paint a big X where you want the material dropped so there is no room for a misunderstanding.

As a 27 year resident of Mansfield, I've purchased a variety of products from Kirley's. "Back in…read morethe day", stone dust, red brick pavers...masonry stuff. A number of years ago they transformed their dark old office into a nice bright space in order to showcase their pellet stove business. I purchased one of their top of the line stoves about 5 years ago, and run it from October to April. 24 hours a day. On a recent visit, I told them I was having a strange issue with the stove. They told me it was covered under warrantee. The guys came to my house, took the stove to the shop, made the repairs (and a few tweeks) and returned the next day to reinstall. It's back in place, ready to burn! You will not get this service from a big box store.
