So, I called him and we discussed the flowers and in the afternoon my friend texted me the picture of the beautiful arrangement she received. Needless to say all parties were happy and I can't thank Ron enough for the great job he did. In my opinion he sets the bar high for what a business should do to be competitive in his field. (They are located right down the street from the funeral home.). When I went to the funeral I was upset and embarrassed that the flowers were not there. The funeral director called Flowers by Ami and they said they would refund my payment and send the arrangement to the family's home the next day. I called them myself and spoke to the manager. She was very apologetic and gracious, refunded my payment and did send an arrangement to the family. She explained there was a problem with the delivery person.
