I was sent to this place by my insurance company for hail damage. He put out a bid giving the…read morediscount of almost 60% to the insurance company. I found it to be extremely dishonest. He's in the insurance company's pocket. He stated that the hail damage was minimal. He neglected to do any that were oversized, he neglected the ones that were on body lines he called them Nichol size when they were oversize quarters. An honest bid came to almost $4500 his bid was $1400. He's working with insurance companies on their behalf. He's not working for you. I wouldn't let the shop touch any of my vehicles, for any reason, if dishonesty starts at the top it goes all the way to the bottom. I would hope to see a class action suit filed against this insurance company and against this auto shop sometime soon. What I believe he was going to do was he never would've fixed it for $1400 he would've billed the insurance company additional. Not everyone wants to have their hail damage fixed some people are OK with taking the money for the vehicle and driving it with dents. What he's doing is making sure the people who want to do that don't get a fair estimate. That's not the way insurance works they have to pay you with the damage cost to repair and it's your choice if you're going to repair it. This idea of giving the insurance company a massive discount is much like saying here's a dollar bill if you decide to have it fixed will pay more. This company is about making sure the insurance companies win against you.
