On the right is the store and on the left is their machines so you know they dry clean in house v. sending it away. The staff is very friendly and the prices the same compared to other local dry cleaners. They also have you sign a waiver when they have to do risky cleaning which makes it feel more honest. I was in the plumbing department recently and was looking for something very small that I located immediately and the person working downstairs greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I reached out for a rush order as NoID as one of the few local places I could find that would do rush orders. Issues from the jump: 1. *No live person answering the phone.* When you call, you are sent a text to chat online instead. When I did chat online, my questions were not clearly answered and it didn't seem as though the person truly worked there. 2. *$45 extra for pickup,* which makes no sense since I am the one doing the delivery labor. This had nothing to do with the rush order status. 3. *No email or phone communications AT ALL* Because I was in a pinch, I had to order the shirts. It was nearly $1K for 25 shirts only printed on the front, which I thought was too much but again, had little choice. After ordering, I received NO email, phone, chat or text communications of ANY kind despite all this information being necessary for the order. Thankfully I screenshot my order number before leaving the screen. I DID auto-receive the company newsletter, encouraging me to purchase from them more. this is a ridiculous practice. 4. *No pickup time or instructions.* Because I had received ZERO communication about when or how to pick up my order after 2 days, I used every communications tool I had- the phone number, customer email, and the online chat function: NO answer on the phone, NO response to email (it's been over 24 hours) AND the chat function was "offline," EVEN THOUGH I chatted during the business hours listed in the chat. I was told the chat would send someone to respond to me in 24 hours, and they did not. At this point, I think I've been scammed. I rush to find someone else to take my order, and luckily find another place that can handle the small order in the day. The order is HALF the price that NoID charged me, coming in at under $500 for the exact same job PLUS a small shirt for a child. NoID exploits the rush nature and charges TWICE as much as area prices. 5. THE ORDER SHOWS UP AT MY BUSINESS ADDRESS UNMARKED. Thankfully I had to be there on the weekend, but because there had been NO communication, I had no reason to believe there were actually shirts. I had paid $45 extra dollars for PICK UP, meaning that I never shared a delivery location-they used my BILLING address. What if no one was present, or it wasn't a place that received deliveries? EXTREMELY unprofessional, and now I have TWO orders of shirts because I have no confirmation that the NoID shirts are ever completed. 6. THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. I now have two orders to compare--and the CHEAPER store was excellent! NoID im[roperly stretched the image, it was blurry, foggy and out of focus. It was clearly not my file quality as the other shirts were PERFECTLY clear, the shirts themselves are high quality and true to size. I thought I might be able to use the noID shirts as extra backups but these are too terrible to give out. USE AMERICA CUSTOM PRINTS IN MOUNT RAINIER, MD INSTEAD. FAST, RELIABLE, AND HONEST.
