The driver called me the day of and gave me a window of time and came directly to my 8th floor apartment door with a giant, rolling bin to pickup my four bags. He is the hero of this story. When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. The team was very helpful first in recommending which suits warranted altering, and which ones probably did not (in one case, for example, the alterations would have been so extensive that they recommended that the cost would outweigh the benefits; ditto with another older suit not in very good condition). The suits that I ultimately left for altering were done with considerable skill and care, and I now will get several more years of use.
