When pressed, she said the company has photos they can use to find my items. My clothes were delivered last night, yet when I texted customer service about my missing items, I got this form response: "Hi Crystal - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your order. To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. If it has been more than 14 days, you can send this information here and we'll open a claim for you. Thank you - we're here to help." So you lose people's clothes often enough to have a canned response ready??? Do NOT use these people. I don't know where to begin replacing these items. This review is solely based on their alterations. I have a special occasion dress I needed shortened. It's a silk long gown. The lady had me try it on and she pinned it accordingly to where I wanted it. Simple. Took 1 minute. It took much longer for me to get in to the dress than her to pin it for measurement, but we aren't going there... (Obviously a personal issue, ha!). The fitting room could be better. It's just a drywall wall separating the main reception area. She put a curtain rod to the back part of the space for what I presume would be privacy; however, there's a set of windows located on the partition wall from the main waiting area that wasn't covered. I mean, if you get changed in the corner by the door, it's not an issue, but surely doesn't prohibit from someone walking up to the window from the main lobby and peaking in. They may want to consider a curtain for that part as well!! I mean, c'mon! Anyways. I came in on a Monday after 4pm and it was ready for me Friday morning. She cut 7.5 inches off and charged $35. That's good, right? I mean for silk and that much material? I think so... When I tried it on the length was PERFECT! In addition, there was a small mark towards the bottom of the dress when I gave it to her; Upon return it was gone. Well that was a nice touch! Attention to detail, quick and friendly service with what I believe is a good price on special occasion alterations. I think I'll head back and try some pieces for dry cleaning... Great job!
