When I came to pick my dog up they told me that 51lbs-80lbs was the next range of pricing and this was going to cost me $100 more. I explained what happened with the scale earlier and asked to speak to the vet. When the vet came out she told me those are the rules and that she would be more then happy to send my dogs file somewhere else if I didn't like it. Pretty appaulling first impression. She could have easily saved a life long customer by simply verifying my concerns instead she was cold and uncaring. If that's how she treated my partner and I it makes me wonder how she treats the animals. Needless to say we will not be going back. Really poor business practices. Also be kinder.

She wants to meet you before she commits to selling you one of her cats. Ragdolls are the most beautiful, docile cats around. They flop in your hands when you pick them up, and they're bred for indoors. If they were let outside they might be killed by a crow, they're that wimpy. Louise, the cat lady, is really friendly. She'll have lunch with you and a chat to make sure you understand ragdolls are special cats. There must be 20 in her house, some are hers, some are for sale. She's built a fully enclosed outdoor cage so they can get fresh air, but are totally protected. Ragdolls, while docile, can grow up to 20 lbs. They have beautiful blue eyes and gentle souls. Their hair is long, but it doesn't really fall out, and Louise won't let you take one if you're planning to de-claw it. She thinks it's inhumane. Cats go for about $800 with a deal if you buy two. She likes to sell them in pairs because alone they can get lonely.

I found Elaine to be a knowledgeable and caring breeder. I had an initial visit where I visited and chose a kitten. The kittens are raised in Elaine's home, they are socialized, taught to use scratching posts, and the kitty litter box. I later chose a 2nd kitten and I visited my kittens every Saturday until they were ready to take home. One day I visited my kittens for 4 hours. During that time Elaine taught me about proper nutrition, vetinary care, feline behaviour and more. Before taking the kittens home Elaine has teir shots up to date, they are spayed and neutered, and they were given tattoos in their ears. My 2 kittens home and they were playing with each other within 15 mimutes of being let out of their cage. I am extremely happy with the loving temperment of the kittens. They have been loved and well cared for and it shows in the kittens behaviour. Cupids is a Ragdoll cat breeder I would highly recommend.

I booked the appointment for 8am and drove 40 min (I live way out of town) To get there only to be told it wasn't acceptable!!! Absolutely the worst service ever!!!! Even after explaining the situation with the employee she still refused!! What a joke of a business. Also the dog weighs 5 lbs as she is a Mini schnauzer/Yorkie cross. Will never shop there again!

She is amazing and is the only groomer that single handedly improved our dog's temper/bad attitude when getting groomed. It took us several years and multiple groomers before we met Crystal and omg are we thankful that we did! We also purchase Thor's dog food, treats, clothes, accessories, and bedding from this Petsmart as their service is great and all the people working there are so welcoming and helpful. The store is also kept well stocked and clean everytime we visit. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this Petsmart and definitely recommend it to everyone! A pleasant interaction is standard every time I go in, Lulu is in good hands. She went in once with an ear infection which I had missed. It was treated and forgotten about. It has been five hair cuts since the infection, when I pick her up we have the usual salon conversation with a full report on both ears. Truly amazing they noted that detail and check for me every time. I never worry about my Lulu while she is in their care. If you can get your dog in, your dog will be in caring hands.
