That's what they eat.. my mom has no where else to go. Don't have doctor for facility. I've seen one nurse. Staff steals. I've worked in lots of different skilled nursing. People who are bed bound just are left in bed. They are human and should be dressed and put in comfy their chair and have garden to sit in. It's more or less a place you're left to. Die at. My mom can walk but is declining because all she does is sit there. I would not recommend this facility for my loved one. Worse I've seen. I can't get her out because I'm not power of attorney. I feel so bad for my mom

It was a difficult decision, but the Executive Director, Bree, and her team made the entire process easier. My uncle was a man of limited means, so finding an assisted living facility with memory care that worked within his budget was a lifesaver. We even saw a dramatic improvement in his overall health a few short weeks after he moved in. In fact, he raved about how good the food was (not something I expected to hear from someone in a care facility!). It was such a Godsend to know my uncle was being looked after and cared for 24/7. The facility was well maintained and staffed for the duration of my uncle's stay (he recently passed away.). I have to give a special call-out to Bree. She was amazing from the first moment we talked over the phone. In fact, after speaking with her and visiting the facility, I knew Hidden Glenn would be the right place for my uncle. Bree even helped me with the application and approval process while she was on vacation. Her dedication and empathy for our situation was amazing and so appreciated. We also worked closely with two of the nurses, Veronica and May, who were both stellar. May even took the time to purchase and read a book that was written many years ago about my uncle just so she could gain some additional insight into the man and his history. Talk about going above and beyond! I definitely recommend Hidden Glenn. I also can't thank Bree, May, Veronica and the entire staff enough for their help, responsiveness, and kind care of my uncle at the end of his life.

As his health declined, the staff remained patient and kind. During my regular visits, I never saw or heard a caregiver speak sharply to any resident. Despite his limitations, they always tried to include him in activities and keep him engaged. Although it is a fairly large facility, the staff genuinely seemed to know all the residents by name. Overall, I was very happy with the care he received.

After researching and visiting several options, my sister and I toured Escondido Senior Living--and within five minutes, we knew this was the place for her. The center is exceptionally clean, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It immediately felt like home, not just for us, but most importantly, for our mom. After only a few days, we've already seen a remarkable change in her. Her spirit has lifted, and it's truly heartwarming to see her smile again. It feels like life has returned to her--and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Thank you to everyone at Escondido Senior Living who helped make the transition smooth and quick. We couldn't have done it without your support. You've given our mom a fresh start, and we can't thank you enough.

My loved one's clothes and bedding were always smart and smelled good. Meals were prepared fresh with healthy ingredients. The quality of nursery care (including medication management) was consistent, beyond expectation. We were always treated with utmost respect and with good humor. My questions and special requests were always addressed to my satisfaction. The staff have been at that location for years; very likeable and loving. The monthly fee was all-inclusive and very competitive. Communication between myself and management was timely and comprehensive. I consider it a blessing that we found Elite Manor and frankly, I will never forget Norma, Sheryl, George and the Lee family for being in our lives during a challenging time.

When she reported it, they used trickery, deceit, lying tactics, manipulation to get her to change her mind. But my mom had written notes, remained steadfast on what happened -she was assaulted by med tech Veronica, and they tried to cover it up. We then reported it to the state of CA (omsbudman) and Ivy Park Escondido staff retaliated against my mom and me. Ooooh, they're good. Alicia, the new director, yells at me on the phone, while being all sweet and smiles to my mom. Adrianna, from corporate- the regional nursing supervisor from Redlands interviewed my mom acting like my mom's friend, being sweet and nice. But she also tried to trick my mom and said she had the wrong date. My mom didn't back down. The next day Adrianna was incredibly rude to me. All of the 'upper' management, have been acting childish, immature, and wanting to pick fights with my mom and me since she reported the assault. Then they tried to give her an anti-psychotic (Seroquel) that she doesn't even take!! Stay away from this mad house. You'll be sorry like we are that we gave them so much money. But I'm taking them out of there and I'll tell anyone about staying away from this Crazy Town.
