I had passed by this business many times and finally decided to stop in when I needed a temporary parking permit. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four people present not one acknowledged me or offered a greeting. It felt as if I were invisible. Eventually, one gentleman, seated at the front left, mumbled "may I help you" without even looking up from his computer. I explained what I was looking for, and without making eye contact, he replied that they do sell temporary parking permits, but they didn't have any at the moment. That was it -- no offer to order it, no suggestion to come back, no effort to assist or retain a new customer. I left feeling completely dismissed. Once in my car, I searched for nearby alternatives and found Auto Tags of Hallandale just one block away. There, I was warmly welcomed by Randy, who told me they also didn't have the permit on hand but could order it for same-day pickup by 4 PM. That's what professional and courteous service looks like.
