We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined. They brought two trucks, which was a smart setup--one could head to the dump while the crew kept working without losing time. A team of four worked nonstop, and in just 7 hours the entire condo was cleared out. It was a record-setting hot day, but they never slowed down or complained. He immediately responded and gave me a super reasonable quote. You have the option of leaving your items curbside or he can come by and haul out your items. I set all my items out on the curb as I wasn't going to be physically available at the time but was looking forward to the clean up. After quickly working through the details, he arrived and hauled my stuff away. Josh sent me a message to inform me that the job was done and also took a photo. When the crew arrived, they immediately said they could not move the bed down the stairs because it was too heavy and awkward. They then wanted an additional $200 to cut the bed into pieces. After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company if pricing transparency and reliability are important to you.

Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers. Some transfer stations have you through your trash in the actual trailer which is a pain due to having to throw the garbage or waste over rails.

I have to thank Jon and the amazing people at Happy Home Helpers. I was just on a 2 week business trip in Las Vegas and needed to have my rental cleaned. By the end of the 2 weeks, let's just say the place needed a lot of love. I called HHH, was lucky enough to speak with Jon and he had a team over that same day. When they were done, the rental was so clean, it looked as if we were never there. I couldn't be happier with Jon and his entire team at Happy Home Helpers. I felt a bit uneasy because I rented an Airbnb for son and all his friends for his 21st birthday. He told me they had a cake fight and didn't realize that the frosting ended up splattering on to the carpet in the living room. I try to maintain a good guest rating in Airbnb so I hired Happy Home Helpers to clean the place and shampoo the carpet to be sure the host would not notice. They did a really good job. I was reluctant to have anyone clean my home due to all my collectibles/memorabilia. I have four kids and pets. My husband and I were very satisfied with the excellent work done by Diamond, Stephanie and Sharon. We needed a deep, DEEP cleaning -- and that meant scrubbing and washing of all the shutters, mini-blinds, baseboards, cabinetry, door frames and potshelves plus a wipe down of the walls and mirrors on all the closet doors and the "regular" cleaning that comes with it. Which upsets me because I hired them to do this job so it's one less thing I have to worry about being 6 months pregnant. But here I am cleaning my new home after hiring someone else to do it. Please keep in mind that our home was newly renovated, so it honestly was pretty clean to begin with just dusty. David seems like a nice guy upon meeting and he told my husband and I what he would do in our house to get it moved in ready and everything sounded great. We also agreed to paying extra $80 to dust all our window blinds on top of $249 for the house cleaning. After they finished their cleaning, my husband and I weren't able to check the house right away as we had other things to take care of. But when we did, we noticed our floors still felt dusty, the spider webs in the corner of the floors with the dead bugs were not even touched. He told us he'd clean and sanitize our fridge but we noticed the towel that was already in the fridge had not even been moved from the spot it was placed before they came to clean. Our counter had spots of sticky residue and crumbs that weren't cleaned. I have been slowly unpacking and I keep finding dirty shelves or cabinets that doesn't even look like his team touched. I had previously message David to let him know how unhappy I was with the work him and his team did. He responded with a video showing me he mopped our floors but you can clearly see in the video that it was rushed. They also cleaned only one side of my double front doors instead of both sides. I mentioned this to him, which he responded that my doors only open on one side so that is why they only cleaned the one side... but in the photo I sent him I had both my front doors opened. He offered to come back to clean the spider webs and the spots on the counter... but that all should've been done when he was here the first time. I ended up cleaning my floors over myself and they honestly feel cleaner and you can see how dirty my floors still were from the water. Upset we wasted money hiring his team.

The communication between myself and the receptionist (?) was great in the beginning. She was prompt and handled the initial booking properly. We were promised an extensive list of services that would be done for a deep clean of the house (baseboard cleaning, walls, stain removal, window sills, window blind cleaning, etc.) On the day of the service, two nice ladies arrived on time. They only provided a very light house keeping service, something I could have done by myself for free. They were there for about an hour. My boyfriend was home at the time and was confused as to why they weren't providing a deep clean of the house as promised. After some back and forth with the cleaners, it seemed as if it wasn't communicated to them what service they were to provide. The cleaners reported that they had only been told to provide a light house keeping service. Even if that were the case, we would not have been satisfied with the cleaning anyway. We called the company and they offered a rescheduling to provide the deep cleaning service. On the day of the first rescheduling, we were called about 30 min before the cleaners were supposed to show up. We were told they both called out "sick", and the company offered to send someone else out in a week. On the day of the second rescheduling, one lady showed up, and after touring the house, she said that she would need much more time + an extra set of hands to complete the service. She rescheduled us another week out. On the day of the third rescheduling, two ladies showed up early in the morning and finally provided the correct service. They were thorough, very clean, and were exactly what we were looking for. No complaints there. My main concern with this company is the improper communication between the management and their cleaners. It seemed as if none of the cleaners knew what their expectations were prior to arriving at my house. I've had my house deep cleaned before, and they typically send in a team of multiple people very early in the morning, as it usually takes more than a few hours to do a good job. They were sending in one or two cleaners at later times in the day. My other concern is that it took 4 attempts to finally receive the service we were spending hundreds of dollars on. As people with busy lives and careers, it takes a lot of effort for us to move our schedules around to be able to accommodate cleaners being at our house for several hours. I was also in the process of moving in, and I had to push back my move-in date back 2 weeks, which impacted the rest of my month's schedule. We were also cancelled on only 30 min prior to our appointment. Management remained professional in their communication to us with our concerns. And they also offered a discount on the service for our troubles. The final cleaning was also great, so the debacle ended up being worth it. However, I would've gone with a different company had I known what I was in for.

In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.

The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

She cleaned my blinds and windows. She used her vacuum to remove the dust from my couch. She also removed the dust from lots of objects around the house, such as vacuum cleaners, travel bags, lamps, etc. Living in a dust-free house is priceless, and Alex's cleaning services represent a tremendous value. I will definitely hire Alex again the next time my house needs to be cleaned!
