Their cleaners came to do a full house cleaning and broke our vanity in the bathroom and after being apologetic and saying they would take care of it, they then came back and said we signed in four different places that states we are liable for any damage done!!! Then Jon said he could find a slab for $100 and Zelled it to us, and said because we accepted it, that is all they will do. It's my duty to let you know that if anything is broken in your house by this company, YOU are able, not them. Twice, a cleaner entered into the wrong airbb unit while guests were there. One time, they said they cleaned a unit and NEVER did, and a guest arrived to a dirty unit with used sheets. They over chraged me a couple times so i had to be mindful of tracking the work they did. Often, cleaners would miss key things, like getting the hair out of the shower, not checking the fridge to clean it, and not washing everything. I would often check their work, and found a stained blanket they tried to "wipe off", and the mark looked so nasty, I could tell they didnt even wash the blanket. Jobs that take me an hour to do, a cleaner would be there 2.5 hours. I do not recommend for any professional services due to disorganization, broken promises as when i hired them they claimed to always send completion photos and nearly every time, I had to chase them down for photos & often it would take 2 days to get to me. They promised that someone would come and check their work, that NEVER happened. so many promises that were not kept. cleaners are not vetted properly. read more

This review is for our cleaner, Khamryn, if you book with this company, please request him. My father-in-law recently passed, and we're in the difficult process of cleaning out his home. The house required a much-needed deep clean, and Khamryn was phenomenal. He handled a home with a heavy buildup from years of use on his own and worked for many hours with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. This was a tough job, and he truly went above and beyond. He came on time at 9am and did not leave till 6pm. We are incredibly thankful for his hard work and would happily have him back again. On top of everything, during an already emotional time, his calm, kind presence really put us at ease. That said, we were surprised that only one person was sent for a job of this size, especially given the price we paid. The company's advertising gave us the impression that this would be a team-based deep clean, so the staffing felt misleading. Huge thanks to Khamryn himself -- he went above and beyond. I was hopeful when scheduling my deep clean with this company. I try to support small business as much as possible. I scheduled a deep clean in hopes of proceeding with monthly housekeeping services afterwards with this company. I will not be proceeding with them. A deep clean was $478.00. We tipped our housekeeper $20 day of service. Booking the appointment was easy and they were warm/friendly. Explained what was included with the deep clean. We received texts leading up to our appointment. Great. Day of, got a text that they were 45 minutes out, great. Got there well in advance of that time frame, even better! Sol was warm and full of friendly energy. We did a pre-clean walk through, so she understood my expectations and needs. She took a few pictures of in inside of my house and said that she had to take before and after images to submit to her employer. That was not mentioned when booking. This made me and my partner a little uncomfortable. She said that she deleted the images after she submits. Not something I would have agreed to had it been communicated initially. A second housekeeper joined her about 30 minutes after she had arrived and she mentioned that she was training this person and that her staff for her personal business didn't like working with her. She was trying to understand why. Not sure any of that was pertinent to my service that day. Overall, the house looked and smelled good. We did do a post cleaning walk through. It was pretty quick, so I didn't notice until I started to use the areas in my house (bathrooms and kitchen) that all the sinks/faucets had water marks on them and the counters. I had to wipe them all down. Also, my kitchen towels that were on the sink (2) were nowhere to be found. I don't know if they were perhaps taken in error or thrown away. They had re-folded the towels in the towel bars, in a sloppy manner, and I was also told that I put my pillows on my bed the wrong way,(I didn't know that was a thing), and they fixed it. I had made my bed before their arrival, so that wasn't something I needed them to clean/do. Again, overall, they did a pretty good job, but for almost $500 I would expect a bit more than what I got. I received a survey the next day and the only question was to rate them on a scale of 1-10. I rated them a 7. No opportunity to offer additional feedback. I called today to confirm the pictures were a legit request from the company to their staff, it was. The person I spoke to didn't ask if that was an issue or even my name so they could make note of it, in case I booked with them again. No other follow up. I'll have to pass. While our initial clean left much to be desired, Jon, the owner, was very prompt to respond to me and make things right. He was kind, courteous, and very helpful. We set a time for a secondary cleaning and he sent a supervisor out to the home who was right on time, very kind and professional. They took care of everything. I walked him through the home where he took photos of all the things that were missed during the previous clean and then assured me that he would clean the property himself this time. Not only did he take his time cleaning, but he was able to correct all of the issues that I pointed out to him. Our range is now clean and the light switches and doors were thoroughly sanitized. When the job was complete, he sent me a follow-up text to note each item. I am very pleased and really appreciate them taking the time to make this right, especially for my dad. Four cleaners came to my new house- approx 2900 sq feet for a deep clean. Window sills were only half done, (yes, HALF the window sill on each window was cleaned- did not notice until we opened the windows), and I had to call the company to make sure they did the other half. Drawers/Cabinets were supposed to be cleaned, but I'm still finding junk in corners, hairs, dirt, etc. I will say they did a good job on the outdoor fridge, but that was about the only thing I was impressed with. They did not TOUCH the mantel, and we had to remind them to clean it, at which point they used a vacuum to do so, and did not actually clean or wipe it down. Sad. read more

Disappointing Experience Overall I was not extremely satisfied with the cleaning services provided by Happy Home Helpers. The team arrived an hour late to my appointment, and I did not receive a courtesy call to inform me. I had to reach out to them myself to ask why they were running behind. The cleaners themselves were very friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations. There was still visible dust throughout the home, footprints on the floors, and the counter had not been wiped down properly. For a professional cleaning service, I expected more attention to detail, even with a standard clean. I was as if they hadn't even cleaned at all except for the carpet shampoo service which was great. One positive aspect is that the company does offer to send someone out to address any concerns. However, this process requires significant follow-up from the customer. I had to contact them three separate times to ensure that someone would resolve my issues. I was told my complaint had been escalated and that I would receive a call within 24 hours, but I never did. When I called back, I was told the matter had been marked as resolved, even though I had received no follow-up or return visit. It wasn't until the issue was escalated a second time that I was finally able to speak with someone who took the matter seriously and helped come to a resolution. Overall, I would not use this company again. That said, I will acknowledge that once you reach a supervisor or manager, they will try to make things right. But the burden is heavily on the customer to push for that resolution. read more

Bad Service!! Your cleaner broke our glass bathroom door! She had reported and admitted that she accidentally broke it. The manager of the company called back 2 days later saying they are not liable or responsible for any damage done and that it was possible it could have been broken previously already when your cleaner had already admitted and report it. I paid for a move in deep clean, and deodorize and shampoo carpet, $728.00, for a 2770 sq. Home. Only 2 people came to clean, 1 to shampoo and 1 to clean. I had to send a followup email with a list of everything we noticed wasn't cleaned. They were very responsive, which was a positive. 2 more people came back out the next day to clean up where things weren't done. But I'm still finding cabinets that weren't wiped down inside at all, which is very surprising considering what I paid. The cleaning I got, and what I paid for are worlds apart. read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. called for same day service, they said no problem. Asked details of my home after which they said okay it is "x" price for 2 cleaners. X price wasn't bad, not amazing but competitive. When the cleaners arrived, come to find they only sent one. One person for a 2600sq foot home is insane. I called them and their response was "oh yeah, we were going to call you about that" really? So I say hey either give me a discount or send another cleaner because you promised 2 cleaners. Their response was sorry we don't have any other cleaners available AND we're not giving you any discount!!! Are you kidding me? Safe to say I'll be disputing with my bank. Nearly 2 hours later he finished and with an hourly rate I knew that there was no way we would complete my other tasks within the time they quoted me. (Basketball hoop, shower door, gate, cabinet fixtures) so I tried to pick and choose what he could possibly do within our agreed time. Next, he looked at my outside gate as I needed the spring fixed. He spent about 20-30 minutes looking at the gate only to come back and tell me he couldn't do the gate. At this time we were approaching the 3rd hour. I had him look at the handles I needed installed that were on the list I gave the company, and he looked at the handles for 5-10 minutes and told me that he didn't have enough time. Next, we moved on to the lighting fixture that I needed hung. Which was also on my list, he said that he didn't have the right screws with him.l also asked him to cap the ceiling which he couldn't do. I had him look at the next item on the list which was a doggie door installation after which he advised me that my door was not the right size. At this point, there was a clear pattern and it was highly apparent that this was a huge disastrous waste of time!!! I spent around $300 for him to waste time walking around my house stalling stalling to tell me how he could not do this or do that. After the entire time he only put together the patio furniture and it cost more to hire them than the cost of the furniture!!!! We never even got to the last 2 items on my list as there was really no point! To top it off he had the nerve to bash this company and complain about the wage they pay him. He slipped me his own business card and had the nerve to tell me he could come back again and would work faster for less money! After he left I picked up the cigarette butts he left in my backyard. Not all 5 star reviews is 5 star service to everyone. I requested for a deep cleaning for our newly purchased home. I requested for the 2 carpeted rooms and couch to be vacuumed steam, cleaned, sanitized. They want upfront payment of $720 to confirm my scheduled appointment and I paid the full amount. When we moved in, thinking that the house was cleaned I was walking back and forth the bedrooms (carpeted) and wood laminate floors in living room I was wearing socks while brining in things to our bedroom. When I sat on the couch I smelled that the couch still smells like there's a dog beside me. I also noticed my socks covered with dog hair. Then I saw some hair on the couch and I lifted the cushions and I was shocked in disbelief (see pictures) WTF this is a rip off... full of dog hair. I called John and sent him pictures. I also sent pictures of the refrigerator which was not cleaned. Sorry they do not do refund instead they rectify their work. The next day, same guy came "to rectify", he just vacuumed the carpeted rooms with deodorizer and I showed him the couch with all the dog hair, tennis balls under the couch, hair tie in between cushions and he said "I am sorry this wasn't done properly"..... LOL!!! He was the one who did it in the first place. While cleaning the couch he was on the phone talking to someone the whole time. This was a waste of my time. He repeatedly asked me what else does he need to do? What? Do I need to tell him? I was just so pissed off I told him to remove all the covers of the cushion and I will have it washed because I can still see the dog's hair on the covers. Not only that, his vacuum was so disgustingly dirty! I asked for a refund on the other house that we moved out bcz if this is how they clean I don't think I will get my deposit back from my rental. We are selling our house and I wanted help cleaning it. I reached out to a few companies and Happy Home Helpers was one of the first to respond and very quickly. We discussed what the options were and I decided on the deep clean. Had it scheduled for 2 days later. Joanna arrived early and began work after I showed her where everything was and what we wanted to focus on. She was very friendly and funny and did an AMAZING job of getting my stove clean. A few hours later Cameron arrived and he started upstairs. I've always had trouble cleaning our master shower and tub, and they had it sparkling. My house looks amazing and was worth every penny we spent. I definitely recommend Happy Home Helpers and will request Joanna and Cameron when we need to use them again! 10/10 read more

YES!!!!! You should hire these folks! We needed help getting our house ready to sell here in Las Vegas. I (of course) waited until the last minute to admit I needed more than just me and my husband to get all the work done. They were able to schedule three AMAZING women to come and clean. They worked super hard to get my bathrooms looking BRAND new, and they made my shutters look spotless. They also cleaned my floors, doors, kitchen cabinets (inside and out), closets and all of my lighting fixtures. I know this is going to help get me top dollar for my house. They were also able to schedule a handyman to come help my husband finish up some projects. He did some painting, caulking and wall patching. Beyond the fact they did an AWESOME job with all of our needs/projects... everyone was super friendly and "happy." Clearly a standard they uphold for all of their employees.
