The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

I've always left very happy with the results - quick turn around, quality work, and the prices are the lowest that I've come across. The store itself smelled really nice and was very clean, which I appreciated. The whole process took about two weeks, and I believe I paid close to $300--though I'm not exactly sure. The only downside is that there always seems to be people begging for money outside the store and around the plaza. It didn't affect the service, but it did make me feel a little uncomfortable coming and going. Overall, I'd still recommend Rose's for alterations--they did a great job on something really important to me!

When I gave it to her for inspection, she immediately noticed tears in the lining of the zipper that I'd hadn't noticed myself. That's when I knew she had an eagle eye and I was working with an expert. I picked up the skirt exactly 7 days later (for $10 less than I paid at the other shop for a zipper replacement) and the work was so pristine that I almost thought they hadn't gotten to it yet. It's a whole new zipper from top to bottom that looks exactly like the faulty one. This place is the BEES KNEES! I ran into another customer at the shop who assured me they were the best! Cant wait to see what else in my closet needs to be altered.
