Annie's Cowboy Burger!! Dang that's a lot of food!!!

I came across the place looking for a place to eat that wasn't your typical "chain" restaurant. This place has lots of food for a fair price. The menu is small, but there is enough variety for everyone. In ordered the Annie Cowboy Burger and it was A LOT of food and it was amazing!!! The atmosphere is very laid back, as what you'd expect for a small town Bar & Grill. If you're expecting to have the server bugging you every 5 minutes, this is not the place for you.

We stopped here on our way through for lunch. 4 adults and 4 kids. From the outside it looked a bit iffy but inside is clean and food was absolutely delicious. Spedie sald or sandwich, philly cheese steak, lots of options. Rolling rock on tap. Our waitress was super.

We stopped at BC Pizza in Deposit, NY today while taking a scenic drive from West Point to Fort…read moreDrum, and we're so glad we did! BC Pizza is a small, adorable restaurant with outdoor seating. It's very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a menu with so many options that it was hard to decide what to order. I was with my daughter and my two grandchildren, and we all ordered personal pan pizzas. My daughter and I also had side salads. The owner, John, greeted us and took such wonderful care of our family. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and amazing with the kids. When he brought out our salads, he surprised the grandchildren with their own little plates of salad and a dollop of ranch dressing so they could enjoy a salad too. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Our pizzas came out very quickly, and John paid attention to every little detail. The adults' pizzas were cut normally, but he cut our two-year-old's pizza into tiny bite-sized squares and sliced our four-year-old's pizza into very thin pieces that were easy for him to eat. They were both so excited! Even more impressive, our four-year-old--who is an extremely picky eater--ate his entire pizza, which almost never happens. Before we left, we decided to pick up dinner for later and ordered Reubens along with a quart of the smoky chicken and fire-roasted vegetable soup. Everything was absolutely incredible! It's rare to find a place with delicious food, outstanding service, and such genuine hospitality. John made us feel like valued guests, and those extra touches made our visit truly memorable. We don't get through Deposit very often, but BC Pizza has definitely earned repeat customers. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area!

They have a rotating menu that they list on their website (www.saltcitybread.com). By the time I got there mid-afternoon, they were sold out of their seeded (sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds) sourdough. Plain sourdough loaves are $10 and the sourdough with inclusions are market price and range from $12-14 it seems. I got their chocolate chip cookie (with flaky salt from Syracuse Salt company) for $3.25, and it was delicious!! Thick cookie with crisp edges and a soft, fluffy center. Huge chocolate chips too! The flaky salt brings a nice balance as well. Will definitely be back!

This little bakery is very cute and offers a selection of different breads as well as sweets. The service is excellent and welcoming. These people know how to do bread WELL. I have tried their italian bread, focaccia, and their braided sesame bread-- which are all phenomenal! They have some sandwiches on their menu as well as some coffee available. On this occasion we ordered: - Braided sesame bread: this is my absolute favorite bread here. The presentation is beautiful, and the bread reminds me of a more savory challah with some salted olive oil hints that remind me of focaccia. The softness of the bread and the density make it so satisfying. It is perfect with both sweet and savory pairings. Super addictive--a loaf usually does not last longer than a day in our household. - Turkey sandwiches: we got a whole sandwich split into two halves. Size is pretty generous and one half is definitely enough for one person. This sandwich, although simple, stands out for its high quality ingredients. It came with generous sliced turkey that was not too salty, delicious gouda cheese, high quality mayo, fresh tomatoes and lettuce. The white bread is made in-house and feels super fresh and fluffy. They were super nice and gave us two bags of chips to compliment our dinner even though we technically ordered only one sandwich. We got it split into two separate containers and my fiancé and I each got our own pickle! Perfect option to get to-go. - Peanut butter cookie: I initially wanted to try the chocolate chip but they sadly ran out. However this was actually an amazing cookie. The thickness was perfect, not too thick and not too thin. It had nice bits of peanut butter and the cookie itself was super buttery, soft but with a nice caramelized crust, and not too sweet. There was a surprise Reeses PB cup in there which was very pleasant. Very good cookie! Cannot wait to come back and try their chocolate chip one. Overall, this bakery is a 10/10 and a very great asset to the area. Even though their selection is limited, I think they really focus on doing the few things they do VERY well. I love how local and homey this business feels. Their baked goods are all amazing and I will continue supporting them whenever I am in Manlius. Highly recommend Salt City Bread! You will not regret it.
