Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my impression. The cashier was not friendly and seemed impatient, which made the process uncomfortable and disappointing. The nursery does offer fair pricing and a wide selection of plants, which I appreciated. However, customer service--especially at checkout--is just as important. Because of this experience, I will likely choose to shop somewhere else next time.

Now I understand the rule, but I'm clearly here to buy some bolts and I've got the means to pay. The whole store is empty and I'll need someone with me anyway to find the right bolts!
