After trying to find a new place local to New Brunswick, I'm so glad I chose Annie's! She was absolutely lovely with my cat and did a great job grooming and bathing him, it was nice to be able to be there alongside her to keep my cat calm. Annie was super friendly, reasonably priced and had appointment availability that was convenient. Raja will be back soon!

Worst place EVER!!! no call, no notification that she was going to shave my dog and leave her with NO HAIR. A poodle with no hair!!! WTF I really couldn't believe when my oldest picked her up and sent me the pictures below. Also I attached a pic of my dog just days ago. Big freaken difference. TBH this stupid place made her look like a rat. I can never get over what she did to my poor pup. PEOPLE plz read the reviews and never go here. My biggest mistake. Don't make it yours.

Within a very short time, I had to seek veterinary care and spend additional money on treatment. I called and called two days after no answer left plenty of vm never returned my call. What upset me most was the lack of support afterward. When I returned to the shelter to address my concerns, I was told they were closed, and the interaction was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the door was shut in my face while I was trying to get assistance for a sick animal. Animal shelters have a responsibility to ensure animals receive proper medical evaluation and treatment before being adopted out, especially young kittens. Families adopting pets should not have to worry about bringing home an animal that is potentially ill or heavily infested with fleas. I encourage anyone considering adopting from this shelter to ask detailed questions about veterinary records, vaccinations, flea prevention, and recent health checks before taking an animal home. I sincerely hope the shelter improves its practices so that both animals and adopters are treated with the care and respect they deserve. Two lady's at the front desk very nasty attitudes a nice lady came after she left they talked bad about her. Just overall a bad experience. Selling a sick infested animal. God bless you all. Be careful your adopting infested animals and sick .
