Pro: nice staff, big parking lot, near by shopping stores, clean environment. Con: none. This establishment has been a part of the community for a very long time. I remember getting my hair cut since my teenage years so, this store has been in business for 15+ years. I also remember some stores coming and going around the quince orchard shopping center but this store has remain the same throughout the years. The staff here are very nice and efficient at what they do. They remember their customer names, treat everyone with respect, and genuinely care about the job. Ann is unstoppable and the lil 5 min. neck massage you receive before you leave is PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!! My friends will have a drink at QUINCY'S just for a chance to sneak into a popular slot when Ann is free. She knows everyone and everyone adores her. Called to see if I could make an appointment but they said I could just walk in. I hesitated for a second because on the phone, the lady didn't seem nice, but I'm there for a haircut and I never enjoyed the haircut and a conversation way of doing things so I went anyways. Glad I did because I left looking much better than when I leave the hair cuttery and they're the same price. Oh and the lady and gentleman there cutting hair were both really nice. One major plus for me (which could be a major minus for some) is that they have a dog that not just roams the waiting area, but if he's doing anything other than playing or sleeping, the lady will stop cutting hair to find him a toy and may try to get people who are waiting to play with him. I love dogs so this was the best waiting I've ever done in my life, if you're not a dog person, sit in the corner and try not to look playful. Also, the guy who was cutting hair didn't make any interruptions in his work for the dogs benefit. One more small downside is that their bibs have an American Flag printed on it. I get that it's supposed to be patriotic, but seeing cut hair fall and make a mess on an incomplete flag made be a bit angry, but who can stay angry long with such a cute puppy sliding around the floor chasing his ball? read more

I'd like to give this place 5 stars because the gentleman that cut my hair did an exceptional job and ensured I got exactly what I was asking for. Why 3 stars then? Well because this wasn't my usual barber and their pricing is very misleading at least in my case. The sign states, "Men's Haircut $18.00." Fine, I mean that's $3 more than I usually pay. However for a good haircut, I'll pay more. When I get to the register the $18/haircut becomes.... $25! Now to be fair, I did ask him for a shaved fade but I wasn't told that was an additional $7! So I asked, "Is that with the tip included?" Once again, I had never been here. The gentleman said "Yes, with tip!" I go to proceed to put on my jacket and this older woman comes over and tells me "No that's NOT with the tip, next time you will know!" I apologized and gave the guy ANOTHER $5. I thought this was uncalled for and this lady could have approached me differently. There's a dog too that sorta just runs around the place, which is odd but I didn't mind that. I did mind however the confusing pricing and for that, I won't be back! read more

Today I went there for my 3 year old Son's Haircut. I told in the beginning it self that I don't his hair to be very short in front but lady had cut it very short from one side n the moment I told her that it's too short she left cutting in between n started shouting that your child is crying I can't cut it. She didn't finish his haircut . I told her there is nothing to shout at your customers. As a customer I have full right to say how I want my baby hair. She didn't listen n was shouting continuously blaming my 3 year old son for bad haircut. That lady in the store is the rudest lady I have seen that to with a child .
