My husband order a black hot coffee No one at all waiting for coffee in the lobby Kept working and taking others orders When I complained Tried to give my husband a coffee that was already SITTING there before we got there it wasn't even the correct size. I'm surprised by these negative reviews of this location. I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come almost daily and even when there is a line in the drive thru, this team makes orders faster than their customers cite their requests. Every person on this team is polite and friendly. I have never been disappointed at this location. I commend the manager and her team for being exceptional and working so well together. I feel with our culture we are so spoiled by convenience and instant gratification that we take advantage of people and situations so easily. Perhaps before we write emotionally charged reviews that can impact people's lives, remember that machines tend to break, people get sick, supplies are not endless, and customers ahead of you can be difficult. Terrible customer service. The white gentleman with the blonde hair and glasses is very rude. We are on a long road trip, we obviously had to use the restroom but we were definitely going to order and told him we were going to order but he had such a rude attitude. We then went to the counter to order and informed him that there was no toilet paper in the restroom. He told us he would take care of it and did not even though we mentioned and one of the other female employees ln staff had used the restroom and knew there was no toilet paper and still did nothing. Then after getting the lattes we ordered my mom walked up to order brown sugar to add to the lattes we order the same guy with a rude, condescending and racist tone asked why and what she didn't order anything. And had to prove that her husband did order something. The guy then responded and said well we don't have any for you. I then went up again to ask for toilet paper and the guy said well I'm on my break and the female coworker said to wait and we waited another 30 and still nothing. I ordered my usual, but when I got back to my car and opened the lid, I was shocked to see the cup was only half full. Considering how much I paid, this was very disappointing. Staff is very friendly, the sandwichs amd coffee are best tasted in every starbucks . The ambiance is very appealing and good .

So So Nice! Best service I've ever received at a Starbucks. They paid close attention, offered to run my food out to me (I ordered Togo) and went out of their way to make my experience better. I came to this Starbucks a few months ago probably around May or June 2020 as I was getting my car serviced in Selma and the dude ordered my favorite drink at the nearest Starbucks in Selma by Selma Auto Mall. I love mobile ordering as you order and there's really no wait as when you arrive your drink is usually ready. Upon entering the staff was wearing mask and very friendly too! At the time there wasn't any dine in so you had to get your food or drink to go. All chairs and tables were pushed back. Staff was wearing masks properly. No complaints at this location. This Starbucks just isn't it. So slow,you can't be a Starbucks right off the freeway and go this slow. It shouldn't take 35 minutes for drive through... my order wasn't made right, it took so long and I didn't want to wait another 30 for them to try again so I just went on my way. Customer service has definitely improved in this Starbucks location. Just be advised that they have had a few shortages and changes in their food and drink menus. I'm looking forward to enjoying my drinks without modifications due to shortages. I like the new updated furniture and decor. I also enjoy the calligraphy and creative art created by staff. The day before Christmas and my boyfriend and I needed to buy Starbucks coffee for gifts. The location in Kingsburg actually had NO coffee bags left to purchase, so we went here. It was crazy busy but had plenty of bags of coffee to purchase. The girl at the counter was very nice and offered to grind the coffee. I didn't order a drink so I can't speak to that , and I notice a lot of poor reviews about the drinks. But my experience was good, and I would definitely come back here again if I come into the area. Thus the review is for service and the inventory the day before christmas. I was shocked the other location had NO pounds of coffee for purchase. Come here for those Starbucks gifts! I'm going to start by saying this Starbucks in my hometown has been so long awaited for. It was about time we got a Starbucks of our own which means I won't have to drive to the next town to grab a drink anymore. Yaaay! (throws confetti) Any who, I have been inside and the drive thru as well. Both inside and drive thru have a tolerable wait time. I've actually waited longer in the DT than I have going inside, so maybe I'll start getting off my car more often. Baristas are nice and patient. They were on task and doing their duties while I was there. They were friendly, quick, and displayed much teamwork. Store is new so it's still super shiny and very modern. It's clean, organized, stocked and decorative. My drink was great too and my name was actually for once spelled correctly. Job well done Selma SB! read more

This company doesnt want your business. Im sure they would love your money, they just aren't willing to do anything for it. Ordered door dash- had surgery, couldnt drive. I got an 8 dollar warm milk. When i came to store next day with the unused coffee, the young 'lady' began to talk over me and refused to listen to my issue. I asked, can you hear me? A manager walked right by glanced over, kept wiping counter. Cashier replied I can hear you quite clearly; do you want the coffee remade or what? A kid made my coffee, again it tasted like warm milk. Kid that made it days that is just how they make it. I respond, you know Ive gotten this exact coffee every day since 2019 right? He tells me that on the side on the print out the sticker it says only one shot. I proceeded to attempt to show him on the DoorDash order that that is not how it is written that is not how I ordered it; he refuses to look at it. Again manager right behind them, not intervening, nothing to say. The young 'lady' at the register is curling up her nose like she smells something bad; probably forgot to do her hygiene this morning. I WAS a loyal customer. My order had come to 45 dollars; I was asking them to remake one drink from that order, and was treated like a homeless person asking to take a bath in their lavatory. When even leadership is not interested in providing a service in a service industry, well lets just say its hard to expect the employees to exhibit different behavior. read more

Selma finally has a Starbucks! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, however, due to the size and being the only Starbucks in town, the place is not as clean compared to other Starbucks. People are either dirty or the establishment doesn't have enough staff. Every time I come, tables have crumbs of food and is out of napkins. As I mentioned before, this Starbucks is good but they do need to keep up with the cleaning, or else it will deteriorate and look trashy in the future. read more

It is the first starbucks that I could honestly say that I could have ordered, ran 3 miles, and still be waiting in my car at the drive thru before my order was ready. This is not because I am an Olympic runner and can quickly run 3 miles...but it is due to the fact that I have now been sitting in line for over 30 minutes. They make drinks right. However, the store has turned off their milk alternatives for their drinks for mobile ordering and when I called and asked about it they refused to turn them back on despite having the alternatives and the employee did not care that it was an inconvenience to paying and returning customers. They say it's because they're "low" on them however none of the surrounding stores have theirs turned off and, from experience working for this company, they all get the same shipments. There was a spill on the table that had been there so long the table was turning white already. 10 minutes into my wait someone reminded the barista that there was a spill, and they came out to put a wet floor sign.
