If you want the cook to LEAVE HIS HAIR ON YOUR FOOD on purpose after tipping 10-15% on TWO different occasions (lunches). Come here! It's a great piece of hair, it may even be PUBIC HAIR! I'm assuming the hair may be due to being Asian because I don't think it's a tipping issue. I tryto help local mom and pops, but maybe this place doesn't want guests. It'll be unfortunate to see it close down eventually. I wish I took a picture both times, but I usually don't like to leave reviews like this, but twice is enough. I won't be coming back. My family and a friend and her family went out to dinner tonight at one of our favorite Santee burger joints, " ANNY'S FINE BURGER" We usually are very happy with the quality of food and service here and that is why we keep returning. Until tonight. It's like we were in a different place. They do change staff quite a bit here. Tonight there are three girls and they all look very similar but one girl in particular was extremely unprofessional and rude to all of us in our party. First of all, the orders were taken incorrectly and when they were delivered to the table we turned them away to be remade. The girl continued to roll her eyes each time she was brought back to the table. She was quite dramatic in the way that she approached us and left us each time. My fries were completely raw and when I sent them back she returned with the basket saying that she could not remake them because they are too busy. I believe there was a lot of commotion at our table about how upset we were with that and how that we felt that was unacceptable and we did not come here for raw food and we feel they should remake them. She huffed at us saying "fine I will get the manager because I don't care". One of the people in our party was so upset she hollered back at her to please do get the manager and as a matter fact we would like to speak with Anny!. None of the girls seemed to care that there was a commotion. Other people in the restaurant started to return their food as well because orders were taken incorrectly again. They have a sign at the register that states that you cannot change your order once it is made but they are constantly taking orders incorrectly and food is delivered to tables incorrectly. Within minutes the same girl came back with our fries and slammed them on our table and walked away. Like she was trying out for a part in a play, she was severely dramatic! This experience got the guys going at our table. We then demanded to speak to the manager. The manager never arrived. We finally got up and walked to the counter to speak to somebody and the shift leader explained there was no manager or owner on duty but gave us her email address and the name of the girl we had problems with us. This place was not too busy to handle these situations. They have a pretty good flow of traffic coming and going but nothing is too busy to handle a customers concerns. My husband is now saying he will never return here and this was a place we used to come to quite often. It just makes me very sad that they ruined it for us and many others. My husband and I were on a date tonight, and this was the perfect place to go to. But there is a problem I found on here... I was reading these reviews, and there's a woman who wrote a review about this place earlier today as well. It says her name is May, and I'll be quite honest with you, she's over exaggerating the situation. I was sitting in the corner table and I heard everything she said. She called the employee a b**ch, and so did her husband. So I understand why the worker was frustrated. I would be too if someone was going to call me names like that. They never once got up to ask for a manager, they were just demanding to speak to one. I'm not one to write reviews, but it's just frustrating to see people switching their stories, a Anyway, after my husband and I finished our food, we left because they were SO busy, and we wanted people to sit down. We used to eat here about 3 times a month before covid. In the last year, we've only eaten here a handful of times and just can't continue. Quality has certainly declined. My husbands burgers have been bland and over cooked and their veggie burger patty was completely different. They used to have a delicious house made veggie patty but have since replaced it with a premade dry as heck version. So disappointed that we won't be going back to one of our staples. read more

Heck yea these are fine burgers!! My first time here ever and it was so yummy!! I got the chicken fried burger and the babester got the sunrise burger. My chicken was seasoned and freid to perfection, the pickle, onion, lettuce, mozzarella, mayo all pulled together nicely. The sunrise came with bacon and egg with the burger patty and condiments. I had sweet potato fries and the babester had the cajun fries which were nicely seasoned. The buns are nice ans fluffy but burger to bun ratio causes you in the end to have more patty in the end but that's no biggie. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!! read more

This is one of the better burger joints I've been to. Their wings are surprisingly good. They taste like they're made fresh to order, nice and crispy. I don't know why anyone would even order fries as a side when you can just order wings, and good wings to boot. I've realized that every time I've visited this place (maybe 5 times), there has been a different cashier that's taken my order, and each one has been the friendly, outgoing type that's happy to answer questions. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing an impressive job. That shows me strength in their management. The burgers here are really good. At Anny's this is different, they make a delicious Turkey Burger. It is No. 11 on the menu and is described as follows: " Tender ground turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and sun dried tomato mayo." Must say this is a delicious combo. and quite large. It is served on a brioche roll and I usually add hot sauce. Always fresh, well cooked and it is at the table about ten minutes after ordering. I usually get onion rings. My better half loves the different burgers they have and that is why I go back. The restaurant is clean, parking is ample and the service is always friendly and efficient. Four stars in the world of yelp is "Yay! I'm a fan" and that is true. If you like burgers I can definitely recommend Anny's. Several steps above Fast Food! read more

My complaint is whoever thought it would be a good idea to put sour cream, avocados, tomatoes and onions on non marinated beef and call it Korean BBQ fries needs to be exiled. I am Hispanic. Maybe when I said, " may I please have some Korean BBQ fries" the college student behind the counter thought, " hmm he wants fries but I didn't hear which kind. He's hispanic, I bet it was carne asada. Its not on the menu but we can conjure something up." Korean BBQ fries were a joke, seriously. I feel robbed. I called to inquire about ingredients and Lauren was not o Ky lacking knowledge of the menu and products but also told me they don't have ingredients list available because they don't make the items- they get them from elsewhere. I asked her wouldn't the supplier provide an ingredient list that they can share with consumers- she said it's probably on the box but it's all the way in the back it will take a long time for her to get them. Cool and small littler burger place located in a very very big shopping center in Santee. They've got an awesome huge array of different burgers going on with their menus that have been printed very large and put up on the walls. Order at the counter and wait for your food to be brought out to you. Seating here can be a little hard just because it seems like there is a couple 2-top table and then everything is for bigger groups. Well this makes sharing super awkward since it's hard to move and when you're sitting at these tables that are against the big wall where the menu is, is makes it as the people who are coming in to order are strong at you and I personally wasn't a fan of that. The food was good and very simple. I ordered the Korean BBQ cheesesteak. It was very salty and had way too much sauce on it for the flavors already there in Korean BBQ meats.
