Parking was free and easy. Once you get to the entrance gate, you'll be greeted by staff to show your admission ticket or buy tickets. It's reasonable priced. I purchased the admission with ride and getting a sunflower option. Service was fast and friendly. There's a station near the front to line up for the hay ride which approximately runs every 15-20 minutes. But my friends and I decided to explore other stations before doing the hay ride. There were mini houses and mini log cabin displays to check out. There was a mini kart race track that adults and kids can actually grab a kart and peddle around the track. That was a fun experience! There's also a okay ground that both kids and adults can play Through the courses.. Once we got through the stations, we headed back to the entrance to wait for the hayride. The hayride would bring us way back into the fields where you can see them growing peppers, sunflowers and pumpkins. We were dropped off into the sunflower fields to browse, take pics and then eventually able to pick a sunflower or flowers form the fields at the end per the packages we laid for. I had to leave early so I was t able to cut one for myself. But would love to come back another time to experience it again haha.

This trail was really cool, a mesmerizing trail, illuminated by over 10,00 0 intricately carved jack-o-lanterns! Walking in, I made a bee line for the little coffee house after the drive from St. Paul out to Wyoming. It was good, and I was on a mission to find the funnel cake food truck. It's been a minute, and since I didn't make it to the fair this year, I was determined. We got the cookie monster, funnel cake topped with Oreo and Chips Ahoy cookies, chocolate drizzle and whipped cream. Pretty sure I had a week's worth of caloric intake, even with splitting it, and I didn't care. Next, we headed over to the apple launcher area. At first I couldn't see where the workers were, but the building is set back a bit. We had a blast launching apples at the farm equipment and barrels. We walked over to the pumpkin patch trailer area and had a great time picking our pumpkins. I immediately grabbed a pretty pink one. I was glad they had little wheelbarrows for us to transport our pumpkins as we continued walking around. Before we headed out, we checked out the farm animals and the gift shop. I loved the variety of jams, pickles, and salsas. I grabbed the blueberry jalapeno salsa, cherry jam, apple butter and dill pickles. I've had a chance to bake with the apple butter and it's delicious! Overall, a great time and something for everyone!

It's not massive or frantic like some of the big-name places (yes, Severs, we're looking at you), and best of all: admission is free. Now, if you're a die-hard corn maze enthusiast, you might want to look elsewhere. This place skips the maze madness--and honestly, that's a win. Corn mazes are often overpriced and overhyped (still looking at you, Severs). And petting zoos? Also not here. They tend to be germy, full of animals that are prone to bite, and they'll soak you for the cost of the feed. Hard pass. No pig races either. No long lines. Just simple, cheap fun. It's the icing on the pumpkin cake So if you want to make joyful memories with your kids, wander through pumpkin fields, and soak up the season without the stress of a State Fair vibe, you're in the right place. What Free Admission Gets You: --A fresh corn pit (changed out yearly--unlike the dusty ones at larger venues) --Playground with slides, swings, large sandboxes, and rocking horses --Tons of photo ops for the whole family Extras: --Face painting --Specialty coffees and indoor snacks --Food trucks, mini donuts, snackable items (large iced coffee with cream was $3.5) A wide selection of reasonably priced gourds, field pumpkins, and large potted mums; also offer indian corn, rushes, hand-painted pumpkins and hay rides in October. Prices: Small gourds: $1.50 Medium fancy: $5 Any field pumpkin: $6 LARGE potted mums: $20 Full-size straw hay bales: $8 The pumpkins are impressively grown--many are flawless and some are downright huge. You won't have to search far to find your perfect pick. Just note: this was the last weekend of September, so selection may thin out as Halloween approaches but boy they have a lot of pumpkins. Final Touches: --Friendly staff --Clean porta-potties --Handwashing station with real running water and soap --Dogs welcome (on leash) This is the kind of fall magic we can all get behind that won't break your bank.

They're able to do as many activities as they want and there are SO many to choose from. However, you can have plenty of fun there without the wristband. There is a smaller corn pit, animals to pet and feed, and other free activities to enjoy. There are also plenty of food trucks and spots to grab drinks which makes it ideal to spend a few hours there at least! In addition, they do have some apple trees to pick apples from if that's something you're looking for. It does get VERY busy so I'd recommend heading there pretty early. Looking forward to coming back for many years to come!
