I was able to get an appointment the next day with Jill! She assessed my hair looking at the haircut and inspected the layers. I told her that I had already washed my hair, so she did a dry cut. She showed me where the layers were cut shorter underneath and where one side was longer than the other. Some weight was taken off to lessen the puffiness from my thick hair. After she did the haircut, she gave me a mirror to look my hair in the back, she explained to me the layers and how it was supposed to fall and blend nicely. It's always so busy here so they also call out "we'll be right with you!". They have an app where you could check in to your chosen time and choose your stylist. It's not an appointment but it gives the stylists an idea what time you'll be coming in so they can be sure to be available for you around that time. There might still be a little bit of a wait, but it's better than not checking on the app at all because you have priority over the people who are just walking in. You will notice that they keep the place really clean, neat, and tidy. You won't see any hair on the ground chillin cause they sweep it up right away. Bathroom is clean too, and well stocked. We love all the stylists here, they are friendly and they know what they're doing. We'll be sure to keep coming back here.

I needed a touch up and she was able to match my hair color close to the previous one. I also liked her style of cutting and she was thorough to make sure it was cut perfectly. I called their main number and she return my call through text. She was able to schedule me within few days later which I was grateful.
