They were happy to swap out my Ramen for the other one, and they also offered to try again with the Tonkatsu. All in all, this is a solid Ramen experience with fantastic staff. Combined with the other menu items I've tried and the most friendly staff, I hope they will continue to succeed, as the reviews indicate that many people enjoy the menu.
