Cons are there isn't much storage- only 1 closet (bedroom one & small), small kitchen (might not be an issue for some, but I love to cook and it was tight), and shared laundry (wasn't really an issue, just inconvenient)! I'd been approved for an apartment about a month ago and was scheduled to move in this Friday when I was informed that the current tenant had been ghosting management and didn't moved out days past the end of their lease. As a result, they wouldn't be able to fulfil my move-in date, which due to my circumstances, meant I needed to pull out. While I fully accept this issue had more to due with the tenant and not the complex itself, I wasn't informed about any of this until I called 4 days prior to my scheduled move-in date to once again ask for photos of the unit that I never received since there were none on file....? Finding availability here is very hard since the location is "relatively" cheaper than its competing apartments on the beltline trail. The application process was fast and all done through the phone, but their website is completely false at conveying how the place actually looks. They claim their courtyard had recently undergone renovation but after seeing the space, I realized all of my friends were right when the compared it to looking like a prison (It very much does). The trash chutes and stairwells are pretty disgusting and the courtyard looks extremely dated. Nothing about how much concrete is in that facility makes it come across as the "hipster-industrial" vibe you're hoping it is. It's a pretty instant hit in the face as soon as you walk into the courtyard how uninviting the common area is (the elevators are also in desperate need of a face lift). Few more things- the website advertises the units having "fully equipped kitchens" which is fictitious. In reality, they're very small galley kitchens with micro-sized, outdated appliances (which I wouldn't complain about if the rent wasn't $1700 a month). Nothing about the apartments or the community space is "luxury" or looks like it's worth anything close to what you pay for it. Their units are extremely bare canvases for you to decorate as best you can to forget the fact that it's a cold, outdated warehouse. If that's your thing and you absolutely have to live right across the street from PCM, then maybe its for you. Fortunately, there's many better deals in metro ATL that look much more like what you're paying for (I found a nicer/more affordable place 1 hour after Ford Factory called me with their tails in between their legs to tell me I couldn't have the space i was promised) so all is well. TLDR; DO NOT apply for this place without visiting it first- and know what your getting yourself into with your unit and the community area.

I first lived at AMLI Piedmont Heights in 2021 and had such a good experience that I chose to move back in 2023. At that time, the office staff was friendly and understanding, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, my experience from 2024 to now has been very different. One of my biggest concerns has been safety. During 2023-2024, there was a serious situation where a stranger was given access to my apartment with a key by someone employed at the complex. After this incident, my locks were changed, but I was only given one key even though my lease stated that two keys would be provided. This was already concerning. On June 9, 2024, I lost my key around 8-9 PM and immediately contacted the office. I was told I would be charged $200 for a replacement because a locksmith was needed. I had an early morning flight and a family emergency at the time, so I agreed under pressure. After reviewing my lease later, I found no clear statement showing a $200 replacement fee. Management referenced Page 2, Section 9, but it only mentions keys generally and does not list a price. I also later learned from a former employee that I could have received a replacement key free of charge if I had waited about an hour and a half, which made the charge feel excessive and inconsistent. After I posted a review about this situation, the fee was removed and I was asked to take/change the review down, which I did. More recently, on March 11, 2026, I was notified that I owed five months of retroactive pet-related fees along with a one-time fee and an additional $20 monthly charge. I understand pet policies and I am willing to follow them, but prior to this notice I did not receive emails, written warnings, or any documentation stating I owed these fees. The situation arose after an individual in the complex began taking photos of residents' dogs on balconies. I was informed by a leasing office employee that this individual was upset due to a personal matter involving his girlfriend and a dog trainer in the complex. After noticing that a photo of one of the dogs I occasionally sit was taken between my balcony bars on February 9, 2026, at approximately 1:21 PM, I receive an voice mails pertaining about the puppy and I immediately contacted the leasing office to explain that I occasionally dog-sit and would comply with any required policies. I was told someone would follow up if there were concerns, but no one did. But this not surprising due to the lack of responsiveness to phone calls and the frequent absence of staff in the office. There are also ongoing property concerns, such as excessive dog waste around the property that is not consistently addressed, which affects the overall cleanliness of the community. I chose to live here again because of my positive experience in the past, but the lack of communication, inconsistent charges, and safety concerns have been extremely frustrating. I am simply asking for fairness, clear policies, and better responsiveness from management.

Relocating from Paris, France and looking for a new place in Buckhead wasn't easy! Alan and his team made sure that we had all the information even thousand of miles away. Making Hanover East Paces home has been one of the easiest decision we had to make. The unit itself is wonderful and the location is very enjoyable. Living a couple minutes away from Buckhead Village (without being in the middle of everything and enjoy the quietness of the booming neighborhood) is wonderful. You get access to all the stores and necessities steps away from your door. The community is extremely pet friendly and you live right across the park which is wonderful when you have a husky that never gets tired.. The team is always available to help you, answer any question you may have or just say hi when you stop by the leasing office. Same goes for the maintenance team that is available and quick to answer when you encounter a problem in your unit. Yes this is an older building but the new management team has been focused on giving everything a facelift. Atlanta had a major power outage recently that knocked out the elevator power and within minutes the management team communicated and had the maintenance team servicing the elevators. This building is centrally located and you're able to walk to all restaurants and shopping places from the building. I love it here and will be here for a while as long as this team stays in place. So when you are seeing this building being price lower than the others in the area please believe you are going to pay the price one way or another. You would think they would do something simple like assigned spot spaced on the location of your unit but instead it's a free for all. Resident also get booted constantly. On top of that cars get broken into on a regular basis. Resident parking is supposed to be gated, but the gate is constantly broken and left open. Which leads me to the security of the building. When we took our tour we were told it is the most secure building. But the doors are constantly left propped open, the key fob system is constantly down leaving the doors open to anyone and the building vulnerable. We were also told that there is 24 hour security on the building that you can call at any time. I've called this number several times and no one ever answers and no one ever calls me back. The building itself is not well kept and is constantly dirty, trash in the hallways and parking deck. Everything is rundown in the gym and the pool and clubhouse. Maintenance does not take care of anything if you can even get them to respond. And when they do fix stuff they half ass it and it breaks again within days or weeks. The management at this place is terrible. They don't enforce in the policies. They can't complete simple tasks like answering the phone or emailing you back when you contact them. On top of that every time I've been in the office, the workers are talking about their personal lives or their weekend plans. Now they've decided to even close the office completely on Wednesday. There is no way 60-80lb Rottweiler should be living in this building. There's a great dog park/courtyard, but it's constantly filthy. There have been multiple issues with aggressive dogs that aren't very well policed. Maintenance is horrible! They don't fix the problem. It's definitely the best value in the neighborhood (which is getting pricier as more restaurants, shops, and luxury high rises go up). But the building is definitely showing wear & tear, and as other reviews have commented, not kept up particularly well. The Brady markets itself as a "luxury apartment" complex but it is NOT luxurious - hallways are raw, elevators are frequently dirty, and there's a contingent of residents that are loud & disrespectful. I know other residents who have had bugs and mold/water issues that aren't always properly or promptly taken care of by building management. And let's not forget all of the hidden fees your charged monthly!
