There are no cameras anywhere but the lobby, and the parking garage and hallways wreak of weed. When I and several other residents complained to BRETT about these issues, he replied that the "same can be said for several apartments in Atlanta." Who hired this guy?! He routinely displays a total lack of empathy for literally any and ALL issues concerning residents. This past Sunday (7/15), A MAN FORCED HIMSELF INTO MY SISTER'S APARTMENT, demanded to use her phone, forced himself into her bedroom, and finally left only after her dog scared him off. After notifying the police, we contacted the leasing office. Brett displayed zero concern for our situation, refused to notify other residents of the CRIME that took place, or even acknowledge that the incident in question was considered a crime. Soon after, I found out through the few people I know in the building that THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO 2 OTHER FEMALE RESIDENTS IN THE BUILDING ON THE SAME DAY. All 3 victims gave identical descriptions of the suspect. Still, BRETT AND ELLE'S MANAGEMENT REFUSE TO NOTIFY RESIDENTS OR IMPROVE SECURITY, because "only 2" residents filed police reports. Long story short, any benefits one might enjoy from living at Elle come with a steep price, and that price is your safety. Management, especially Brett, are incompetent and come across patronizing to residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Side note: Elle has lost hundreds of dollars worth of my packages. This has happened to me enough times to where I no longer have packages delivered here. Instead of helping, Brett immediately told me "we're not liable." The issues here are endless. EDIT: Elle notified residents of "a man knocking on residents doors" only after several residents complained about management's inaction online. In the email they fail to mention that this MAN FORCED HIMSELF INTO MY SISTER'S APARTMENT AND BEDROOM. (And other resident's apartments on multiple floors) This is NOT an accurate report of what transpired and further demonstrates the management's incompetence.

There are fun extras like the sauna, steam room, and shuffleboard tables, too. The apartment: Extremely quiet, everything is brand new. The walls are concrete-enforced so you can't hear neighbors at all unless they're walking through the halls outside your door (and even then they're quiet). It's also got fantastic finishes... everything is incredibly modern and well-thought out. The custom closets, the dimmer switches, the Nest thermostats... they are all nice-to-haves that I never thought of but have grown to love. The kitchen and bathroom are truly beautiful and have upgraded appliances. I always feel incredibly safe in the entire complex and my own unit, and have really loved living here. The cons: I cannot, for the life of me, understand with so much space why they only allow two guests per household. You can't rent out any of the huge, gorgeous spaces (like the kitchen upstairs, despite having tables that seat 10). They hardcore reinforce 2 guests, particularly at the pool (which definitely keeps any sort of partying non existent, which I appreciate). But if I have, say, my partner over and want to invite another couple to the pool, I'm unable to do so which is ridiculous. Guest parking is also a pain in the ass, having to register each guest with a piece of paper. Several times they have run out of guest parking and my guests have to pay to park overnight somewhere else. I also face the back parking entrance and sometimes cars come flying or bump their base. I can hear the garage open and closing all the time which gets a bit annoying. Overall: Truly one of the best living experiences I've had minus rules regarding guests. I'm super impressed with this complex... I'd recommend living here to literally anyone.

This is never was an issue the first year I moved in, so this is based on recent feedback. Furthermore, it's noted that you can't have alcohol at the pool. The rules don't seem reflective of the community and seem unenforceable given everyone drinks can beers, or other spirits at the pool. Just acknowledge it was overreaching and pivot. You're doubling down on something that could easily be addressed because it's not an ongoing concern.

I am a licensed litigation attorney so I can take matters into my own hands by filling a small claims suit but I don't want anyone to experience what I am going through that can't afford an attorney or afford to eat the costs.
