From the beginning I knew I had made a great choice to have help with my big day.  I had a florist cancel on me three months before my wedding, I panicked but Krysti and Nicole jumped into action.  The same day that I informed them of the cancellation, they had a list of florists picked out for me to talk with and had already called with inquiry's to advise me who would best jive with my particular sense of style. It was wonderful! I had no idea how much planning goes into family photos, but they made sure to help me map out eveything before hand so eveything ran smoothly from our first look to the many family photos.   They were there the day of and I began to call them my wedding fairy godmothers.  They handled everything I needed, even the little details I forgot.  I needed baby's breath, and they ran out to get it.  They even helped figure out where to do our first photo op (and there were so many at my outdoor venue Starved Rock) which is now one of my favorite pictures! You don't just need someone to just be a planner for your wedding you need to hire someone so invested, you feel like they are a long time friend.  Someone who can understand your vision, who can work with you to add all those personal touches, someone who is always thinking one step ahead of eveything.  I found this with Raegan Mae Events and I can't thank them enough for everything, what they did for my wedding was more than just a service.  Krysti and Nicole were my Wedding Fairy Godmothers!

They really try to understand your wants and wedding theme and then help with the timeline and other important reception details that I never even thought of! We chatted on the phone first, then met up that week, and once more before the wedding. Tom knows what he's doing. He sets up a profile for you to fill out, but all in all, he says "trust me." He is right; you are hiring these vendors to take care of the day so you don't have to worry. Tom kept the floor packed all night long, and was extremely accommodating and took our recommendations. He is the best in the biz, and we 200% recommend him for any event!

I wished he could have filled in the gaps with either mentioning who/what was next on the schedule, say some nice words, or was quicker with the dinner music transition. They have an awesome online planning tool on the website that makes it super easy to pick out songs and plan your reception timeline, etc. I was really nervous picking a DJ cause I've been planning my wedding music since I was like 10, and I knew exactly what I wanted-- a lot of old school, non-cheesy, not-typical-wedding songs and I wasn't sure how an experienced DJ would feel about my need for total control LOL!! But Eric and my DJ, Mark, were both awesome! like I said, you are able to go online and input the songs for all the traditional dances and intros, then you pick about 60 songs: 20 must-play, 20 others you'd like to hear, and 20 don't-play (which was cool, cause I wanted NO chicken dance, hokey pokey, wonderful tonight, love shack, barfy cliche wedding songs). I was also pretty adamant about the slow songs I wanted. Mark did an AWESOME job of staying true to my list while also adding in some surprise songs that I hadn't thought of but flowed perfectly with the songs I picked. He was also really good at reading the crowd and played stuff that got everyone involved. The dance floor was packed the whole night, my grandma line-danced to Robin Thicke, and my husband's aunt danced on the table to some Motown, so I'd say the evening was a success! The prices were reasonable, and they had a lot of optional add-ons like up lighting, slideshows, etc, which I didn't use but it's nice to know they are available. He has a great voice to MC an event; is very professional in both appearance and demeanor. He did music for both the ceremony and the reception. He was the first vendor at the courthouse that afternoon to set up. For the ceremony, my daughter, had him do about 15 seconds of one song to which he looped so it played over again without any problems. She had some pretty set ideas about what she didn't want at the reception and he stayed true to that. People were dancing and having a great time all evening! When the shuttle bus was late bringing guests and we decided to delay the ceremony, he offered to go talk to the caterers. He actually worked it all out with them which took the stress off of us. This was going totally above and beyond! We are not from Crown Point, and this is our first daughter married, so we had no experience with DJ's in the area. Right away we knew she was the right fit for us. She took the time to get to know us before we contracted, so both sides knew what they were getting into. We picked the Full Planning Package, and that allowed us to occasionally get distracted by buying a house and major job changes without worrying that we were losing track of our wedding checklist and timetable. We met frequently and every time I came away feeling more and more prepared for the day. She brought things up I wouldn't have even considered, she helped give advice but never pushed. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about anything but what was happening in the moment. A truly precious gift. Kristen and her assistant really went above and beyond. Access Granted did an amazing job this weekend taking our wedding party to our photo ops on their…read more24 person party bus. Our driver Derrick was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. He arrived early and gave us plenty of time to get situated before setting off (which we did late anyway because obviously). The bus was immaculate. All the seats were in perfect condition, the handlebars on the ceiling were amazingly all still there, and the floor looked spotless. The decor I felt was also perfect. Far from sparse, but not over the top like some other party buses I've been on. Some of the reviews on this page had me worried, but I'd like to think they took them to heart and worked on it because the experience I had this weekend was great, very professional. Angela would call me regularly to confirm everything and make sure I didn't miss any details when filling out the contract to ensure that we didn't charged extra or lose our reservation! I have been calling around to a few locations around the northwest suburbs and I swear I never thought that renting a party bus would be so hard. I had other companies tell me that it was one price and when I asked to send over a quote they would add Fuel Charge, Toll Fee, Mileage, Tax - Restocking fee (I'm kidding on the last one but I wouldn't be surprised with the garbage quotes that I have been getting) So going back to my experience I called the office and spoke to Lance he knew I was frustrated and I explained my situation with the bait and switch, additional fees and not being stuck with a big bill at the end of the night. He took his time and explained the packages to me and sent me over a through quote. I called back to confirm that was it and placed my deposit. ( I was told by other companies that I didn't require a deposit in the past to only have a no show limo - I was not taking any chances.) I received a confirmation email and everything was set. The day of my event the office called to confirm and provided me with a thorough confirmation to assure me that my Party Bus will be there at my pick up time of 8pm The driver arrived at 7:45pm professionally dressed and courteous. We were allowed to bring aboard our own liquor, music - you name it we had it. It was a great night my sister in law requested the Hookah service which I added to our night out and it was awesome she loved it! We arrived to our dinner on time, but we did go a little over during dinner and Marcus was courteous enough to wait for us and even was outside holding an umbrella for us ladies because it was raining. Each time we left the Party Bus we had everything spread out all over and when we got back on the bus Marcus had everything cleaned and organized. Something that someone who has OCD like me appreciates! We all had an amazing time and I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. By reading the reviews at first I was hesitant but I came from a referral and I am glad that I ended up choosing them. I will definitely be back!
