Allstate owned but hucking insurance for Plymouth Rock. First call they couldn't hear me but the IVR heard me just fine.. Second call they collected all my personal data then stated oh i have to get an actual agent on the phone. So who the hell just collected all my data? Finally, they said no agents are available they can schedule a call in the middle of my next workday. Don't waste your time calling these data collectors. read more

Only place I go to or recommend for car/home/boat/motorcycle/renters insurance. I spoke to Briana over the phone but luckily she's from Cali so she knows the struggle on finding a good quote. She found me the best rate that literally beat out my current provider (AAA). Slashed my monthly by more than a hundred dollars a month and still got to keep all my coverages. Just terrible. I received a $19,700 auto quote for a 6-month premium for two cars ( 2014 Mazda 3 and 2023 Tesla MYP). I asked if that makes any sense to them. Replied, "I don't know, this is the best rate in California that we have right now." read more

I used Melissa Winters as a insurance rep, I had a good experience with auto with her. However, my experience with her regarding home owners was less than favorable. I canceled the home owners and decided to stay with my current insurance. She failed to cancel so she could get the commission. That was greedy and has caused me a lot of time and energy to fix. They even sent a guy over here to look at my home WITHOUT making an appointment. I will NEVER use this company again. read more

WOW!!! were do I begin! AMAZING customer service...truly an exceptional experience!! In my 4 years of being in the car industry, I have never dealt with a more professional and courteous insurance agency!! Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this company. If you're looking for insurance, go anywhere but here. An employee made a mistake and entered the wrong birthday.....mistakes happen, no biggie. It ended up increasing my premium by $400 for having the incorrect month on the birthday. The way the company handled the situation was almost a joke. They offered to pay up to $42 of my $400+ bill that I had to pay immediately otherwise my auto, motorcycle, and renters insurance would be cancelled. That's a joke. I worked my way up through multiple managers trying to get better customer support cause I was in shock that i was being told they wouldnt do anything for me. I didnt even request to pay for the full amount that their company costed me! I was just hoping they would treat their customers better. On top of it, they kept trying to get me to go somewhere else. They kept telling me they are "giving me time to find a new insurance company". Which makes sense because they already got their cut off my money so why would they care if I left or not. Management is horrific for auto insurance. All they care about is getting their cut off your premium. They have zero morals and could care less about their customers. Listen to me or not. I will never recommend this company for anything ever. read more

The kind of agent you get really makes a huge difference in the experience you have. They file all your paperwork and are there to answer all your questions. Michael Tellez was very patient, polite and thorough with all of my questions. He's also very human! I hate sometimes talking to agents over the phone because they sound like robots and don't explain things properly, well that was not the case with Michael. I called regarding an existing policy written by an Agent in their office. After they could not find the policy, I was transferred to another company. I hung up and called back, only to be immediately hung up on. I called back a 3rd time. The call was answered and I was immediately put on hold for 2.5 minutes with no greeting or explanation, then I was transferred to another company. total waste of time. Agent said I was buying a 12 month policy, but I ended up getting a 6 month policy only! Bait and switch that created a huge inconvenience. Luckily I noticed and had to call again to get a new policy. So I currently have 2 car insurance policies and waiting on a call back and refund. read more

The customer service was awesome he was so nice but I had asked for an email to verify the auto insurance I had just purchased. I never got an email of the policy information all I got was an app information for Insurance Answers which didn't have anything on my monthly payments or money anything. The auto insurance company one week later cancelled my coverage stating that my application stated I had a "show car" and that they didn't insure those types of cars....mind you I had a regular Honda Accord. THEN! After dealing with that...they send me a monthly payment that was double of what I had spoke to the guy on the phone about. And because I never got verification after the phone they were clueless!! I needed an SR22 filed....they didn't know but the amount that we had discussed stated that a monthly payment was added. I'm so upset I even dealt with this 3rd party insurance "Insurance Answers" people stick to the direct company that you want!! read more
