I called this office to buy a health insurance. They asked me to fill out a form and they needed a copy of my ID. I paid the 1st payment and was waiting for the insurance card. I went online to print the temporary card and I saw that my name has been mis-spelled. I called the insurance company and they said this office has sent them the wrong info. So I called them and "Mojgan" who was the person that I had talked to before said no, you gave me your name wrong!!!!!!!! How can I give my name wrong to her and it's her responsibility to check it with the ID info that she had from me. They were supposed to fix it but after 1.5 month I don't have the card yet. I called the insurance company almost 2 weeks ago and they didn't have the correct name yet. I needed to see some doctors and this mis-spelled problem, cause me a big trouble. The worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with. Cancelled my insurance before they can even process my application, but they submitted it anyway without my permission. I was charged for something I didn't even know I had! Called the insurance company themselves to cancel my account when this agency is supposed to do it for me. Such a hassle and a waste of time. I've gotten a call from them again asking that I have a late payment when I've already went back and forth. I asked them why I was still in there system and to take me out of it and they said that its my responsibility to take care of that and not them. WTF. I have never encountered such level of incompetence, lack of professionalism and unethical practices. Once they have your money, you will NEVER hear back from them. Did I emphasize on NEVER? because you will NEVER hear from them. They make a lot of mistakes, don't deliver the service they promise, mix up your information with other clients, and never return your calls!!!!! I'm very surprised that this agency has positive reviews. Perhaps, it was written by family and friends or as Persians say "parti bazi". Here is why I'm not less than impressed: 1. Sofi can make a great sales pitch and believe me, she's pushier than any sales agent I have ever met. She is not objective and it's obvious she has some kind of understanding with Blue Shields because she favors them the most. She and her staff will call you 5 times a day if they have to so you can turn in the forms and get signed up. Once they have signed you up, forget about hearing from them if you have questions, need to make changes, or cancel your policy. 2. Her staff (at least the one I worked with) are unorganized and make a LOT of mistakes. It could be because their English needs some work...frustrating none the less. read more
