We went up on the roof & he actually found multiple problems with the roof that was done by another company that I would have never known to look for! He educated me on where to look for additional issues & how to communicate with the original roofing company so that we can get it fixed correctly. He was so nice & helpful, and now I feel much more prepared for when I have to discuss these issues with the original roofing company so we can get the problems fixed. He also did a temporary fix for me so that when it rains I wouldn't have water pouring down in my closet again. Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well.
