Derek was very specific  in answering all my questions about which generator to purchase.   There are so many options that it was a big job to find  the correct one.  His understanding of how to wire items into the solar grid is very impressive.   Jenny is very knowledgeable in her areas of the loan process she works very closely with the puget sound credit union to try to get you the best financial deal out there.  She seams to be very up to date on the changes in the local and federal mandate for solar energy. After the appropriate inspections by the State & County, our utility company swapped out the old meter for a new, bi-directional Net Meter, so we can send spare capacity to the grid and get a 1 for 1 energy credit for future use. Though expensive, it's so rewarding when you see your house 100% self-sufficient during the day no partly self-sufficient at night when using some of the stored energy in the battery.

I am so thankful for Paul! I was having issues with my new fridge and wasn't sure if it was the…read morefridge or the circuitry (my GFCI outlets kept flipping just from plugging the fridge in). I have an older house so it could've been anything... Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it! I will be using Dependable Electric again whenever I have electrical issues!
