This was the best experience I've had when it comes to this type of work. The customer service, the quality of the work was second to none. This place is big, with an 18,000 sq. ft. showroom and warehouse that has a huge selection with much better quality and is reasonably priced. They sell top name brands such as Ethan Allen, Harden, Thomasville, Kittinger, Henredon, Hickory Chair, Pennsylvania House, Hitchcock, and more. They have 1,000s of new pieces arriving each month.   In the end, we were happy to find our Serpentine table and were able to exchange words with one of the owners, Amy.   If you are in the market for antique furniture, they have a great selection that we can recommend.

They have a two-story warehouse full of antique furniture and unusual collectibles. Much of it wasn't to my taste, but they did have some beautiful things, and everything has character. We were looking for something more contemporarary, and found a cherry Ethan Allen curio cabinet and a nice mahogany console table, reasonably priced. Amy and Jeff were very cool, helped us with everything we asked, and personally delivered the pieces to my home several days later. On the down side, the inside of the cabinet smells like cigarettes, which was not apparent in the store or during delivery. I was able to clean it to only remove some of the odor. Wood is porous, so be aware of this issue when buying used or vintage items that's been in someone else's home.

We were looking for something fun and hands on to do for vday and i stumbled upon this place on…read moreyelp. It only had 1 review so I went on to read their information and it mentioned wheel work. I called and spoke to Andrea, she was able to set us up for an evening of fun. I even found a Groupon the next day ($15 for $30 worth)! They are currently working on their website but their Facebook page is updated regularly. I think i found a new hobby. We came here for some pottery wheel action. Our instructor, Colleen, was awesome. We each took turns on the wheel and she gave great directions, tips, and quickly jumped in to help when needed. She definitely made our experience fun. I can't say enough about her. We worked with a total of 5 pounds of clay and was there for about an 1 and 1/2 and payed a total of $20. They closed 9pm that evening but I believe we left a little past 9:30. The staff was very accommodating. Colleen stated that it takes about 2 weeks for the clay to dry so we do have to return a second time to paint our creations and a third time after they have been fired up in the kiln. I live over an hour away with turnpike tolls to boot. I took 2 engines in that didn't run…read more They called over 2 months later and told me they were done. When I got there they told me one motor was dead and couldn't be fixed and charged me $60+ tax for the other (2 body screws and one contact). I went and to put it on the track and when I took it out of the box the coupler fell off. Tried putting it back on and the screw was to short and the body needed to be filed down so that the coupler box would fit next to the body and the coupler would meet up to the height of couplers on other cars.. A short time later; I was able to put it on the track. This is my favorite car and can pull 15 feet of cars up a grade. Turned on the transformer and the train wouldn't move. Gave it a small push in case the wheels or track was dirty. Went back and turned transformer on again and turned up the throttle. Didn't move. Did all of this 3 times. On the 4th try I turned up the throttle high and shorted it out (blew fuse) on transformer. I called and they said to bring it back. Doug the manager was not in. I gave them my number and asked to have him call. It's been more than 2 days and still no call.
