really surprised to see so many low reviews for Espire in the Prescott mall. we've been coming here for years to get our pickle on, and have only had top-notch experiences. we usually show up on a whim and have always found a court. all of the fellow players have been friendly, in our experience. we've found the customer service to be quite good. the restrooms are always clean. the courts are pretty pristine (tho some are more ideally located than others/some courts are better for private play, some are more communal). we've even played on the outdoor courts and while the wind can give you the business out there, still had a great time. they even have a little workout area and a basketball court. if we lived in Prescott we'd get a membership here. easy parking outside the mall entrance. only thing we haven't tried is the cafe--not our scene to eat stadium food, but the menu actually looks pretty passable. a very quality spot for healthy fun in Prescott. read more

Wow, I am absolutely blown away by the creativity and the opportunity this space offers. Being from the Midwest where they are definitely struggling to get progressive, this is such a refreshing space that offers physical activity and fine indoors for when the weather isn't so fun. There are so many opportunities here, from pickle ball to basketball to corn hole and more. They even have a whole gym! It's only five dollars per person for a quart, and if that doesn't sound like a deal to you I don't know what does! Stop in and have fun! read more

First time there and some of the people were really rude. Almost made me want to leave But stayed to play another round or two in hopes of finding nicer people and I did. I would not recommend going alone for your first time if you're a woman. read more

Don't go here for the golf simulators unless you want to play dodgeball every time you hit the ball. The mats are so close to the simulator wall that it repels back at you. If you're lucky enough not to get hit on a rebound have fun chasing the ball down the concrete floored hallways and looking under couches for a ball. Ridiculous set up. Rude front desk lady. When I arrived the lady kept questioning if I was from embry riddle and when I said no she scoffed and acted like I couldn't go enjoy myself hitting some golf balls . Wouldn't go back if they paid me. Don't sign the liability form because you are at high risk to get smacked and lose a tooth with each shot. As I read other comments the old cranky lady at front desk seems to be a common denominator in bringing this place down even worse than it already is. read more

Love working out here as it is usually super slow in the gym area. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

I really want to rate this place higher, however, they refuse to run a/c in the hot humid summer. Many times it is hotter inside than outside. When one complains to staff they are laughed at as if one should know the management doesn't care about it being 90 degrees inside and 100% humidity. When there is an event that management cares about it is magically 74 inside. But if you are just a regular paying member they don't care. It's unacceptable to treat your patrons in this manner. read more

My family came here and the older lady in the front refused to let us the virtual golf. Apparently you have to be an "experienced" golfer. No where do they have that published. The older lady has no customer service skills and was rude about trying to accommodate my family and I. Please don't waste you're time here unless you want to be turned away. read more

Excellent new pickleball sports facility! They have turned this sports venue into a great place to play indoor pickleball with a new weight room with the latest equipment. Great place to bring the family for a chance to play ping pong, cornhole toss, arcade games, and basketball, golf simulators and even mini bowling for the young ones. Sean is the new sports club pickleball instructor who is motivating and willing to work with everyone. He is a great addition to Espire. Come here to play pickleball, work out, and enjoy your exercise! Very reasonably priced and can even get a day pass. Just played pickleball at Espire Sports for a few hours. This is a wonderful facility. Lighting is good. All courts enclosed. Lots of space within court. I will be back. Had a blast!! read more

Not kid friendly, staff is rude, an older lady staff worker shoved my son instead of asking him nicely to move. This place is for older people pickleball players. Must pay membership if your child wants to try anything. Which there isn't much for kids read more

Had a rude encounter with "I'm an owner", Scott, today... Espire has many investors/owners. If they all have Scott's attitude, a nasty thought. He kicked 2 groups off their courts today..."I can do anything I want...and, we're raising your dues.". Investors need to set the example, follow the rules they've put in place. If he, indeed, had reserved the 2 courts he took over, he was 30 min. late...rule is after 15 min., the reservation is not valid. He was rude and haughty. He needs to be aware of who he's insulting...we were considering investing. No longer. read more

Fantastic facility with great people! My wife and I were in town for a week and needed a place to play Pickleball. We were met by Mica (so?) at the front desk, he was very helpful and explained the setup. We play 6 of the 7 days we were in town. Everyone we met at the facility, players and staff, were very nice and we had some great competition! Can't wait to come back again soon! read more

Not very impressed with this place as they obviously cater to the founding members and cliques. Talked to several members who bumped their membership up to premium thinking they could get courts at 8am but all are taken - hmm. As well, there are 14 courts but they only open 5 for challenge play from 8-10 which causes people to inundate courts above their level thereby pissing off the people who are actually that level. Why bother separating by levels at all. 12 courts should be open for challenge with two left over for classes. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure this out. read more

One of the owners is rude and disrespectful to members. Claims that "he is an owner, members get privileges too cheap, prices will be raised and that he has priority on courts." He continues to throw members off courts that he wants to play on. The rest of the ownership is aware of this and simply says that he's not in town that often so it's no big deal! read more
