Fun place! Have been here a handful of times over the years (my senior grad night was here 17 years ago, mine and my husband second date 7.5 years ago lol). Most recently visited a couple days ago. Took my son for the first time, he was a little young for it but had a blast! Expensive, but these types of places are typically. They have bowling and the restaurant downstairs and the arcade upstairs. They have a good amount of games though more than a few were out of order this last time. The food was good! I got a black bean burger and although they use a morning star patty, they prepare it well and the sweet potato fries were good. My son enjoyed his pizza, and the friends we went with enjoyed a bbq chicken flatbread and kids pepperoni pizza. We all also shared the funnel cake fries for dessert which was the highlight, loved the dipping sauces. Service was good too. Would come back! read more

I stopped by with the kiddos, my mom, aunt and cousin. We were able to sit down pretty quickly and our server was attentive. I got a mango lemonade and my mom got a Mexican Candy shot. The lemonade was pretty good! My mom liked her shot as well. We came here mainly for the kids to play so we were not too hungry. We did however get the triple play and mac n cheese and honestly it was good!! I was pretty impressed! We got wings, little burgers, and pretzel dogs. To top it all off we got the brownie cookie dessert with ice-cream and wow this was so freaking GOOD!! Definitely will get this again lol. These all were delicious! Our server was nice as well. The ambiance is always a vibe in here. The kiddos had a blast! They wanted to do the human claw machine but it was closed sadly, that was the only bummer but they had fun doing other games and such! The prize area I will say is pretty steep when it comes to getting prizes with your tickets, lots of the somewhat cool stuff is asking for so many tickets!! At first I thought it was great stopped in here on a random Tuesday, got their late night happy hour, got some tasty drinks for like five bucks but then all of a sudden things kinda got weird. Maybe I was just tipsy and paranoid but some guy that was bowling started being really pushy about wanting me and my friend a bowl with him then the bartender who was being really cool kind of started being weird was and was like yeah go bowl with him. I don't know we were both tipsy maybe we're just paranoid but we decided to just bounce after that. If it wasn't for the creepy vibes I would've given more stars. We absolutely LOVE Dave and busters in desert ridge! We are weekly regulars for the last three years and can't get enough of this place! Lexi is our FAVORITE server she is sooooooo nice and has the best memory ever she always remembers our food and drink orders and is just the best server you could ever ask for! We love her! We always get the wings dry with dry lemon pepper rub and a side of all our favorite sauces! We really enjoy the smashed burger, sliders, and we always get the kids chicken tenders! My six year old and I came today for a bday party and had a fantastic time - such a great place to have a kids bday party. There was a room reserved where we could escape from the loudness of all of the action, and it was set up super cute for the party w tables, chairs and what turned into a dance floor! The food was pretty good for what it was - bar food (nuggets, pizza, fries, pretzels, etc). The service was great too, attentive staff! This was the first time myself and my family participated in the Dad Games and we had such a blast! Our hosts were fun and organized. Our server Jaylen was attentive, personable and quick. Before the games commenced we had a slight issue with one of the games and Emily was quick to help and answer all the questions we had about Dad Games. It was super chaotic and throughout the day she was readily avaliable to offer assistance and made our experience that much more awesome. She was bubbly and professional and we just wanted to give her an extra shout out for her incredible hospitality. When you are in the middle of NBA playoffs the Stanley cup and World Cup and the only thing they can get on TV is out of area baseball you can't really call yourself a sports bar. Skip it. I've always loved going to Dave n busters to play games and maybe watch some games on all there TVs . If you can find some of there deals when you buy food and get game credits it's usually a good deal and they do have some really good food. Another note is Wednesday is there 50% off on games so you really get a better value on games and they do have some amazing games at all there locations which is cool , I will have to say there prize selection and amount they charge for some prizes is not good they used to have so much good stuff and now it just all seems to be cheaper stuff but it is always a fun place to come read more

So this review is for D&B Sports and Seahawks game day. What a fun atmosphere for Seahawks game day. They have a DJ, giveaways, and it's packed with Seahawks fans. Drink options are many ranging from beers, seltzers, and cocktails (many custom options). The food is really good as well. Had lemon pepper dry rub wings which were amazing and then later had the brekka smash burger. It's got bacon, a fried egg, and grilled onions on it. Sooo good. The fries cooked to well done is the move as well. Love that this is a Seahawks bar and look forward to going back soon. read more

UPDATE: after telling me to reach out to guest services, I sent in all the receipts and card charges. They basically told me they could not do anything even though there was proof my card was charged incorrectly. Not only that, the "guest services" person was beyond unhelpful and could not careless about helping or being apologetic about how frustrating this situation was. Clearly they do not care about their guests. Shame I was planning on having my sons birthday here and after I was treated like this I will go somewhere else. They charged my card twice for lunch, over $20. The server said she couldn't help, called and no one wanted to help. Not to mention there were several ( I mean 4-5 games) that took our credits (money) and were broken. Felt like we got ripped off the whole time. Will not be coming back. read more

Just recently we visited and noticed an unauthorized tip charge from our visit. After dining at your establishment, we noticed that our server applied a 22% tip without giving us the opportunity to select the tip amount ourselves. We were not informed of this before the charge was processed, and when I asked for a refund I was told it couldn't be done until end of business day. While I am reaching out regarding my own experience, I also want to mention that this same issue happened to other families dining there that night as well. This is not just a case of poor service--it is outright stealing, as we were charged an amount we did not agree to. This place is a scam!!! read more

A great place for a spontaneous fun day playing games and having fun! My husband and I came here last weekend and had a great time. Amongst the two of us we got the 400 token play card which was WAYY to much- we probably would have been fine with just a 100 token card since the games are reasonable, of course with kids you may want more. I had the pleasure of getting to attend a Girl Scout event at Dave & Busters last weekend and it was crowded but fun. The girls got to play a lot of different and fun games and the prizes for the ticket games were actually decent. The games I got played were fun too. The food was meh at best probably because it was a buffet and not table service. The best part of the food served was the french fries. The event room was neat albeit crowded but that is to be expected with as many girls and adults as there was. I wouldn't mind going back on our own for some family fun. read more

First I want to say, the service we got from Jackson was great. The service all staff members gave us was good to very good. This 2 star rating is based purely on the food. Brussels sprouts 1 out of 10. Barely cooked, soaked in oil, cheese caused them to stick together. Mayo was not appealing to dip into. Firm and chunky, basically straight out of a Mayo jar. Steak bowl 2 out of 10. Cauliflower was barely cooked, couldn't hardly cut through it with a butter knife, onions and peppers barely cooked and SOAKED in oil. Steak was over cooked, and the portion was tiny. Portion of rice served with this meal was pathetic. Barbacoa quesadilla - 1 out of 10, tortilla was small, 8 inches, barely bigger than a taco. This was a $12.99 quesadilla app. Hardly any meat, mostly cheese, very very oily and soggy. 0 crisp in the bite it was so soaked in oil and grease. Chicken wings and fries. Wings were average 5 out of 10. Fries were cold and soggy and SOAKED in truffle oil. Had to ask for new ones. New ones were ok because hot, but still way overly soaked in oil. Kids burger - 1 out of 10, couldn't add lettuce, patty was extremely thin, bun was 7-8 times the size of the patty. Side asparagus - 5 out of 10 good pieces of Asperagus but SOAKED in oil. Several visits here and they continue to drop the ball with service. Wait staff seem to be sad and unhappy and you can never find anyone when you need help with games. The food is truly disgusting! Apparently they changed their menu and we were told the kitchen is undergoing some changes, so nothing we wanted to order was available. We settled on the chicken nachos. Made a family girls day with my niece. It's been years since I had been in and glad to have come back. We dine in the restaurant to chow down on some great bar food. I feel bad because I forgot the servers name who was super friendly. He was holding down the fort which he did graciously. After we ate we went upstairs to play games. I feel like we were there forever playing in a large arcade playground. We played for hours. The staff we encountered when we checked in was super friendly. The only area that lacked the best of service was the prize center. The two ladies handling the giveaways either don't like children or were lacking service skills. I came here on a Saturday night, and the bartender Daniel at the bowling alley was fantastic. Honestly made my friend and I's night. Great conversation and service. Not what they used to be, they are understaffed so don't expect to be given any attention, dirty tables broken pool tables and disgusting restrooms. Every time I come here I can never get service at the upstairs tables! The last two times I have eaten here the servers are blind to my existence. I've had to get up from my table to hunt someone down to put in an order. Our server even forgot my ranch and didn't even check back to see how our meal was, so I just ate my food without it. The food and service is alright but the servers seem to just unhappy as well, there are those few that that are happy but overall majority seems to be unhappy. I can't express how awesome it is to go somewhere to eat that no matter what you order the food hits! The Customer service is honestly the best I've experienced in a long while, very friendly and they all seem to actually care. The environment is laid back though also nice. Can't recommend Dave & Buster's enough if you are planning a large event like a team building. They help you manage your complex event from end-to-end and everything is handled (mostly) seamlessly. We started planning our event for 120 people about a month in advance and the Dave & Buster's team was great about clarifying all of our expectations and alerting us to things to consider. We hosted our event and it was a huge success. All the milestones that we laid out were perfectly executed. Truly, no complaints. The room we chose for our event didn't have the best acoustics (slight echo) and we probably would have brought in our own sound system, but that was basically the only hiccup. When planning large-scale events there are a million factors to consider and partnering with a company that has dedicated event teams makes it so much easier. This location has three different locations you can choose for larger events. We passed on one because it seemed too noisy, one seemed too formal (like a place to deliver a speech) and we ended up settling on one that was more open and even had patio access. Food at D&B is palpable for most audiences, but let's face it: it's mostly about the booze and they deliver it well. From beers to cocktails, the drinks are a hit. For 120 people, we were pleased with the costs. Dave & Buster's is an excellent choice for a team building event. read more

Had mine and my son's birthday party there and I will never go there again. They never gave us enough plates/silverware despite asking several times. We finally got some at the end of our meal. We ordered nachos, came with no cheese. When asking for nachos with cheese they finally sent out a side of cheese as we were done and leaving. They never picked up any of the plates off the table, I cleaned the table myself so we could have room to eat cake. Waitress was never around, we waited on them the whole time. Great Spot for fun, food, and shopping! This place has it all beside it being inside a huge outdoor mall with some really cool decor. You'll be happy when you stop here its a huge Dave and Busters.
