Ever since my accident, antelope valley towing, has been very uncooperative. After the insurance company received the vehicle, Items in the vehicle were missing. They were very unhelpful, disrespectful and unprofessional after such an event. I never requested their assistance with a tow and my AAA was already called, so there was no reason for them to take my vehicle. After contacting them multiple times to try and retrieve my items, they were uncooperative and when I retrieved my items. Items were missing. Never use this service, they are thieves, they are liars, and they take advantage of people in a tough time. Horrible experience, 1/5. I haven't used this company, but from a lack of trying!! I called AAA and set up a service call . My tracker said they'd be there in 15 mins but no show! Apparently they called and as most of us that have iPhones know, if it's not a known number the calls don't come through. They cancelled that call even with specific direction of where to go and where I'd be waiting. Second call was cancelled approximately 20 mins later. So I personally called the biz directly and asked why they keep cancelling my calls. I proceeded to give them the same instructions and they advised it would be 20 mins after pulling the AAA call again! He took all the instructions only to get a call from original driver 17 mins later to say he was just getting this ticket and has 2 calls ahead of me at that point it was damn near midnight and I had been waiting for a hour already I just cancelled the call but advised him I thought this was kinda $h!ty service. I know I know there was a bad accident on 14 earlier and I don't know if that's what had them drop my service calls but had I gotten the original update with the realistic timeline I would have made a decision to either wait 2.5 hours or cancel the call til morning and not have had the decision taken from me with lies and deceptions. They guys are shady. Left us stranded. They were dispatched by OnStar for our 2024 Escalade and didn't have the right equipment. Called me and asked me to sign a damage release waiver. I refused. But they showed up anyways. The driver asked me again to sign the DRW, which again I refused. The driver said he would check with his boss to bring the correct equipment, said "have a good night" and drove away. This closed my OnStar ticket. I had to call OnStar again. Lazy people. I called a friend who know a tow company. My new tow driver had the vehicle correctly equipped and towed tot eh dealer within two hours. Cost ~ $932.00 which is what was expected. He almost side swiped me and I had to swerve hard to my right so I wouldn't get hit. My car was scraped by these guys on 20 April and left a huge, thick line across my left side bumper. They promised to find out who did it yet they never once attempted to reach out to me. Shady, shady, shady... these guys tried to illegally tow my truck on 4/10/2024 at 11:30pm from my designated leased parking spot ON PRIVATE PROPERTY because a John Doe called in a scam call. Beechwest townhomes is an HOA and is gated, without any further verification, the driver came in proceeded to tow my vehicle from its licensed spot disregarding CA LAW, California Code Vehicle Code - VEH DIVISION 11 - RULES OF THE ROAD CHAPTER 10 - Removal of Parked and Abandoned Vehicles ARTICLE 1 - Authority to Remove Vehicles Section 22658. This code basically states that there needs to be 48-96 hour tow notice and law enforcement notification of removal from PRIVATE PROPERTY. Now they're trying to say they have no record of the tow or call SMH. We have 3 eye witnesses and footage, we called the number that was right on the truck. AV towing night shift is trash, and unprofessional. If they were even adequate at their job, they would have followed these steps per CA law. I will be pursuing legal action if this matter doesn't get resolved, I lost a nights worth of sleep and days worth of work. P.s I have already found the business license through the California state secretary gov site and the owners info MR.Hurst and will be filing a complaint against his license so I hope Craig, the supervisor does his job before this goes further. read more

I got a flat on the freeway recently, pulled over to the shoulder and called AAA. They routed me to these guys and someone called me immediately. He said AAA had said I was in a different city than the one I was in and I was able to confirm that for him. He also sent someone out to me who was already passing by. How convenient. Donald showed up within minutes and he proceeded to put on my spare tire while I kept a good eye on oncoming traffic. After he had the spare on he even offered to fill the flat up just to help me see what went wrong with it. He discovered that the nozzle was leaking. He showed up in around ten minutes and had me back on the road in less than ten minutes too. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient his service was! I just had to write a review so others can know this employee is a hard worker and risks his life on the freeway to help others in need. my mom was stuck on the side of the highway. NEVER intentionally called this company to help her get out of the DITCH on the side of the highway. CHP was the one who called them to assist them with other drivers. However, their tow truck slid into my mom's car and created more damage and did not assist in anyway which led to more issues. The management of this company antelope Valley Tow told his driver to charge my mom $290 to help her out. She has AAA coming out to help her who she intentionally called for assistance. CHP addressed the driver there is no way he should be charging my mom, but he saying his boss is requesting that he charges her. I know how tow trucking companies go about situations like this and I know that he is upset because he's at a loss because one his driver hit my mom's car, two CHP is involved, three there's a CHP report, four he's at a loss for the time that he has been sitting out there stuck, five his mileage, and six your insurance rate just went up because of your diligent driver, so as you're reading this, whoever is the boss just know you are in the wrong. I requested a tow (through AAA) for my truck that broke down at 6:45pm Sunday night, I was given an estimate tow truck arrival of 8:05 pm at 8:15 pm I called for an update as I never received one via text message, they told me the call was canceled. I did not cancel and still needed a tow. Finally around 12:57am on Monday I was told that Antelope Valley Towing was assigned to my call but they claimed they were low staffed And would not be available or able to take the call until 9:00am Monday morning. So I was forced to sleep in my truck on the side of the road with no heat or blanket while temperature was in the 40s. After 54 years of membership with AAA I have never had an issue. Having to wait over 14 hrs in my truck is asinine! I will be making sure they loose their AAA account. read more

Will not take the time to discuss anything other than what they feel you owe when trying to recover a motorcycle they would not even give me the time of day, very rude, unprofessional, and I can understand that they need to make a living, but to be charging for days that they're not open so you cannot get your vehicle is absolutely wrong. They told me that it's $71 a day storage but when they're telling me that in five days I have a storage bill of $780 is absolutely not what it should be so therefore I am given this review, I could care less about the motorcycle. Don't even know if it runs they did let me see it, but that is not the way to do good business. I've been in business 40 years and dealing with customers that whole time And I have never ever been short with a customer I cannot put all the blame for this on Antelope Valley tow, but the sheriffs department is partially to blame as well, and I will be putting a review in on them for Mojave sheriffs department as to the things that they were not able to do I had to go to CHP station because this the sheriffs substation said that they couldn't get a theft report or a recovery report because they didn't know who had it or who recovered it so everything is really a dog and pony show.
