Wow is all I can say! Milo knows how to clean carpets that's the bottom line. Last year I had a traditional steam cleaner come out and clean all my carpets. They were able to get some of the dirt out but I was not happy with the results. I ended up replace my living room carpet because that's all I had a budget for. Yesterday I called 5 Star to just clean my living room carpet. Again it has to do with cost of cleaning. I showed Milo the bedrooms and asked his advice, he said "sure no problem I can make them look much better than they are now". I figured what the heck and give it a try as his prices were very reasonable. Milo just left and all I can say is WOW! They look brand new! How the heck did he make 15 year old carpet look so good! I wish I had used 5 Star last year instead of a traditional steam cleaner, if I had I would not have had to replace my living room carpet, and that would have saved me tons of money. I will use them again and again. (unless they stop giving excellent service) This carpet cleaning company gives excellent customer and cleaning service. Spoke to Milo, explained what I needed, and he sent Robert over in a couple of days. Robert was very friendly and professional. I have light gray and light tan carpets in bedrooms and heavy trafficked areas. The hallway and entrances to the bedrooms were dark brown. The area in front of the sofa was a blacker shade of black. I had used Zerorez about two or three years ago, was happy with their service until they started getting sloppy and expensive.. So my carpets were pretty dirty. Robert said he could get the dirt out but wasn't sure about the area in front of the sofa. After he was done, the carpets looked like new. I couldn't believe the awesome job that was performed on the carpets. They looked marvelous, almost like new. I know why their name is 5 Star . They're awesome. Thank You Robert. I made a last minute call to them right before Thanksgiving and they were very accommodating, they showed up right on time and immediately got to work. My main concern was how long it would take for the carpets to dry, 24hours later and they were completely dry! And they look amazing!
